There are 3 Starbucks in langford and I'm so disappointed in this location. Unfortunately, it is the only location that door dash delivers to my house. They have made my drink wrong multiple times. For such an expensive drink it should taste right. I do not have this issue when visiting the other locations in langford and I also find it strange how the goldstream location has cheaper prices? I really hope the staff is all trained correctly. This is my 3rd drink in 1 week that was made incorrectly ... bad for me I'm addicted to Starbucks ?

I've never had anything less than an amazing experience here. I know it's just coffee, but when it's usually the beginning of your day, it's always nice to have a plesant transaction first thing.The staff are always cheery and chatty. The people alone are more than enough reason to keep coming back! ✨️
Placed an in store order of two drinks & a breakfast snacks got the hot food first but it was cold by the time i got the drinks waited around 40 min for my drinks and i was not the only one in store waiting mean while they are pushing ahead the online & drivethrough orders! Only got my drinks because i said something & it took em a good 20 min after that been going here for years but won't be back

One employee told me at the drive thru they'd give me a free birthday drink even though I didn't have the app. Waited 15 minutes to get up to the drive thru counter to get the drink and the "Karen" there who wasn't the person who took my order said they wouldn't honor it without the app and wanted me to pay. Didn't realize corporate Starbucks was in such financial ruin where they couldnt give 1 free drink away

This Starbucks is great! Between the drive thru being efficient and customers being taken care of when walking in, this Starbucks is great! I love walking in and getting my drink and being able to sit with friends or family to catch up. Starbucks employees are fine if you go for a quick 5 minutes and run to work, or you take your time as many students come here to study or do work remotely!Parking: This area is almost a mini strip mall so parking for all the stores has maybe 30 spots. There's parking elsewhere but you'd have to walk but it's not far at all! That's only if it's really busy too!
