Not my favourite location. The wait is usually very long for the drink/food to be prepared. The staff have not been very friendly here.

The food here is delicious, but I wish the sweetness level could be adjusted, and the staff forgot my order, so I had to ask for it to come back. The food is delicious, the atmosphere is good, but the staff needs to improve a bit.

Showed up here at 9:00 when they close at 10:00 went to order food and they told me the grills were off for the night then the guy at the till told me to go to subway instead….like what a joke of an employee

Had the worst experience with this place. First off the cashier made a mistake and took off my points when she was supposed to give me free Timbits and then to top it off, we open a box and see one that is half gone! The manager did nothing to solve the issue. Very rude and dismissive. Even trying to come up with excuses for his employee instead of fixing it. Might want to hire someone who knows how to handle customer complaints.

The customer service at this location is very unprofessional. I ordered through the drive-thru and received a black coffee with sugar, even though I didn’t ask for it. When I went inside to get it fixed, a girl who was making food came up to me and asked if I was waiting for something, but then walked away while I was still talking. I found that really rude. I’ve been here before, and some of the workers don’t seem very friendly. I just wanted to share my unpleasant experience.
