Showed up here at 9:00 when they close at 10:00 went to order food and they told me the grills were off for the night then the guy at the till told me to go to subway instead….like what a joke of an employee

Had the worst experience with this place. First off the cashier made a mistake and took off my points when she was supposed to give me free Timbits and then to top it off, we open a box and see one that is half gone! The manager did nothing to solve the issue. Very rude and dismissive. Even trying to come up with excuses for his employee instead of fixing it. Might want to hire someone who knows how to handle customer complaints.

The customer service at this location is very unprofessional. I ordered through the drive-thru and received a black coffee with sugar, even though I didn’t ask for it. When I went inside to get it fixed, a girl who was making food came up to me and asked if I was waiting for something, but then walked away while I was still talking. I found that really rude. I’ve been here before, and some of the workers don’t seem very friendly. I just wanted to share my unpleasant experience.

I recently visited a Tim Hortons and noticed an employee wearing noticeable makeup while working, which raised concerns about food safety. According to regulations, employees handling food should avoid makeup to prevent potential contamination. While the service was friendly, this lapse in hygiene standards was worrying. Tim Hortons should ensure all staff follow proper food safety protocols to maintain both food quality and customer trust.

The white girl with tattoos had an attitude since the beginning of the order, she doesn’t know the basics of a serving job. I repeated my order 4 times but still got the wrong croissant. Refused to fix it after I mentioned and I quote her words “it’s done now, should’ve repeated 3 times on the kiosk” the asian guy working with her started laughing on it because the staff thinks they get paid to mock people. Terrible experience and service. The asian girl that handed me the order was super nice and held her stand.
