This place is awsome especially if you have tim hortons trading cards and you go on a trading night staff gave me and my friend some display cards

I went through the drive-thru today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience with the service. The employee at the window, Felix (as per the name tag), did not greet us or acknowledge us. When I politely asked how her day was going, she shrugged and mumbled a response. When I asked what might make her day better, she took the payment terminal back without replying. All the time giving us a death stare, like we had asked a personal question
When we received our order, there was still no acknowledgment or “thank you,” and no response when we thanked her again all time no smile just a face like she had lost her dog. The interaction felt dismissive and unfriendly - We were polite to her and its not much to expect it back when your working the drive threw
I fully understand everyone has tough days, and I always try to be polite and positive when interacting with staff. However, in a customer-facing role, basic courtesy and professionalism are important.
I hope management can use this feedback constructively to provide coaching and support so future customer experiences are more positive.

I just came to the tim that says it has 24-hour service and a lady told me that she doesn't have anything to eat, only Boston cream donuts. Very bad service. .
The donuts were covered in flies. I told the server and he was clearly embarrassed and said they have a problem with them. The manager was right there and heard our entire conversation, he said and did nothing. I insisted they got me a fresh one from out the back but they left the fly covered donuts on sale for the next poor customers who come along.

Disappointing and Unprofessional Service
Awful service. I waited the entire time for my order, and it never came. I was standing there the whole time when the cashier who helped me finally asked what I was still waiting for.
I answered my order never arrived, she didn’t communicate anything to me she just continued what she was currently doing…
Moments later, I ended up asking another staff member who was giving order to another customer, and she said she’d check and that it was “coming.” Meanwhile, other customers were receiving their order while I continued to wait. Eventually, a different staff member came over, asked me to repeat my order, and then told me that next time I shouldn’t leave my spot because someone else took my food.
The staff were handing over the order to the customers, none of it were placed in the counter for customer to accidentally grab someone else’s order.
First of all, I never left or went anywhere — I was standing there the entire time, watching everyone else get served. I was shocked that staff member assumed I was not waiting and blamed me for it. Completely unacceptable experience. I will never visit or recommend this location to anyone.
