Drive through is the worst. Order is rarely correct. Order regular or double-double, there is no sugar but they will write DD. So total irresponsible employees at the window. Coffee is just Luke warm. Most recently ordered a chicken wrap and size was half what you get at other locations. Had to return as I refuse to get ripped. Sad.

I wish there is negative rating idea. Team member not even lifting face up and seeing which guest first to enter and to serve. Ridiculous service. Both tills were open. Lined up on first till and she moved to second till and start taking orders from guy who entered after me.

I come here everyday and in the past they’ve been amazing, definitely use to be my fav tim hortons. Now it seems for the last week they can’t make an ice Capp, either they forget the coffee flavouring, accidentally put espresso in it, or forget the entire drink, etc etc. I have tried ordering my drink online, dining in, and drivethru in the past week, not one order had a regular ice Capp. Very disappointed to say after a week of paying for wrong drinks, I will have to find a new tim hortons.

Shouldn't be accepting mobile orders if the store isn't actually open. Creates unnecessary stress for workers and pisses off customers when they get to the door and it's locked. Everything worked out in the end, but management needs to get on that

Staff at this store need training. Was not greated or thanked by the cashier. I ordered a double toasted begael, was lightly toasted. The lady who prepared it literally tossed it on the counter. Will not be returning to this location.

Today my husband was placing an order from drive thru and I was suggesting him what to order but the tim employee talking the order had a bad attitude. She was rude. I was talking to my partner and she told me to let the driver speak where as I wasn’t even talking to her. She needs to have patience.

Most of the staff are rude, managers clearly don't care about service or their staff. April and one additional manager specifically are the worst. I genuinely hope they both get fired, as they do not have the skill or tact necessary to be in charge of anyone, let alone a business. If this gets deleted I will continue to repost it.

Worst Tim Horton's I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. The owner, April, is horrible. And whoever is in charge of payroll constantly underpays workers and doesn't give them what they are owed.

I like the convenience of this Timmy's, but your Steeped Tea seriously needs to be more like Tea. It's like drinking very watered-down milk. There is no taste of tea at all.

Awful service. Trainee left on her own had no idea what to do. The final straw was when I ordered a medium Decaf orange pekoe tea with 2milk and twice they filled it with coffee instead of hot water!!! It had the tea bag in it 🤪 3rd time they put cream in instead of milk at which point I gave up. Use to really like this location shame it's got so bad

I recently placed an order through the app for dine-in service, as I needed a place to sit and work. However, upon arriving, I was informed that the location was closed for dine-in, and only the drive-thru was open. I was given my drink through the drive-thru window instead, which was not what I expected or intended.

According to both Google and the Tim’s app, the dine-in option is supposed to be available 24 hours. As a result, I believe my order was processed incorrectly, and I ended up with a coffee that was not suitable for my needs.

I repeatedly asked the lady to cancel my order so I could go to another location which was open but she didn't listen. Ultimately, I did receive my order but even that was incorrect.

Worst Tim hortons in Victoria, anytime I try and order from them on doordash as well, they take my order then cancel it immediately, taking my money and making me go through the refund process, instead of simply just not accepting the order, if you work at this Tim hortons I hope you get fired so they can clean it up

Friday evening I was at this location with a friend for a couple of hours. We were watching and wondering why Nathan and Austin were the only two working and the other 4 employees were standing at the drive thru window doing nothing for the two hours. Sad to see this!!! Do better. There was lots needing attention. This place need a manager or supervisor on at all times. But please know we were very happy to see Nathan doing all the front area work and Austin cleaning the grill and sweeping etc.
