This place is great if you don’t care what you get. It’s like playing the lottery with wrong items, missing items, or items made wrong.
We don’t even order things with crazy mods. Simply asking for something off of the menu seems to be asking too much. It’s crazy
Not open 24/7 like Google maps says.
People running the drive through are rude and seem to just not care. Not even a thank you.

Had a chance to dine here and the staff are friendly, service was quick, and the area is clean. Food quality is great (I had French vanilla and chicken bacon ranch) and the place looked pretty nice.

One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at any Tim Hortons.
I ordered two chicken loaded habanero wraps in the drive-thru — one regular and one with extra sauce. When I got to the window, they handed me ONE wrap and then tried to convince me that I only ordered one. Instead of listening, the staff and the manager kept arguing with me about something as simple as their own mistake.
I even offered to PAY AGAIN for the second wrap just to avoid the argument. Instead of fixing the problem, the manager told me to go back into a drive-thru line of 10–15 cars. When I suggested parking in front so they could hand it to me, she refused, saying they were “short staffed.”
Then, the manager went inside and loudly yelled “NO ONE IS GOING OUTSIDE!” in front of the whole staff — loud enough for me to hear it through my car window. Extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional behavior. She also refused to give her name.
If this is how the manager acts, I can’t imagine how the rest of the store is expected to treat customers. Completely unacceptable.
This Tim Hortons is not 24/7 , it’s hit or miss if it’s open in the earlier mornings. If you want your morning coffee this is not the location , you’ll be disappointed more often than not.
Not surprised to see that this store has an average rating. This location is known to be slow and inconsistent but today took it over over the top.
Terrible service by the manager/supervisor “DJ” I was so frustrated with the service I actually made a complaint to head office as well as writing a review. She needs to be trained on customer service, problem solving, and how to speak to someone in general.

only filled half of my cup of french vanilla
so i paid the full price of the drink only to get half of it 🙄
I went through the drive-thru to order a Mocha Iced Capp. The person taking my order didn’t confirm what I asked for, and after payment, I was handed an Iced Capp without whipped topping. When I mentioned it, he just said “okay,” took it back, and told his coworker, “she wants whip cream.” He gave it back with a very small amount of cream — it honestly made me feel uncomfortable, like I was asking for something extra instead of what’s supposed to be part of the drink. the staff could’ve be a bit more attentive and respectful.
