The treatment of couriers is terrible, they prepare the food last and don't pack it in a bag, you stand there waiting for a long time until they finally find the time to come to you and give the order.

I literally get the same thing everyday. The food is good. But 50/50 my order gets messed up. I’ve gotten to the point where I just drive back every time and hope for it to be correct. If you try adding anything to your order you’re probably not gonnna get it. If you try removing anything from your order you will probably get it. Say if you notice after the first bite something is missing then they’ll just stuff whatever into your food like some animal. And the Langford location is pretty hostile when they mess up your food, they try debating and just give u bad faces like your the one who’s at fault.

There are several negative reviews over the last 2 years about the men’s bathroom. You go around the corner, find the men’s door is locked, so you wait for someone to come out. Staff can’t see you there, but they’ve only just put up a sign that says you need to ask them to unlock the mens or the accessible bathroom. Ladies room is just open, no problem. After potentially waiting for no reason you go and ask the staff if they can open the other bathroom and they say yes. Then you wait another 5 mins and ask them again and they finally try and find the key and come over, seeming bothered that you even asked. No buzzer, no code, no key to borrow, just them knocking and yelling “anyone in there??” before they unlock it. Could be someone deaf or unable to respond in time that gets walked in on. Hopefully you’re not a dad who has a kid who needs to go quickly. Seems a little discriminatory to not allow men (dads) or disabled people to use the bathroom when they need to, but women’s is unlocked. I understand for safety maybe there’s some people they don’t want to leave needles or whatever in there, but find a better system to allow paying customers to use the washrooms. On top of all that, the customer service is always sub-par, and the food is just average or below-average for Tim’s. And yes, official Tim Hortons page who will probably respond, I already have sent a message to the customer care team on the website.

By far the best Tim's location on the South Island. Drive through is fast and accurate, staff is friendly, and my order is always right... I'm there often and the service is consistently great!
In my experience, good employees are hard to find... And good management even harder! So big shout out to everyone at that location 👌👍

I really like coming to this place for breakfast and lunch because it's very quiet, they serve you well, and I get along very well with the staff.
The staff here is very good. Someone came in very grumpy getting mad at the worker for no real reason, and the manager stood up for her and kept the customer calm.
