Wow, poor attitude from the lady on the intercom, thought everyone is entitled to a bad day however.....upon reaching the drive through window the woman there was absolutely ignorant! I asked for my reciept and she refused. I insisted. She then was mouthy to me demanding to know why I needed it. Ummm, no of your damn business! The attitude was beyond bad day. Will not be back. EVER. Absolute cluster.

Well I ordered a bagel and sat around for about 15 mins to watch the lady who was making my bagel (brandy) answer her ever so important snapchats and ended up going to the back with her eyes glued to her phone. Customer service here is absolutely terrible I will not be returning to this Tim hortons.

Juicy Fruits Gonna Move ya!

Had to take a dump and it's annoying how I have to go to the counter when they have a long line up to use the washroom. What's worse is the washroom has no lock or divider... So any employee can walk in on you if you're taking a dump. The washroom was in a disgusting state also... I had to leave the washroom when I walked in because I couldn't use it because of the poor state it was in. I had to take a dump bad too. This is so annoying since I was on a work lunch break needing to find another washroom. As a tradesmen when there aren't proper washrooms provided this makes me furious that we're in such a poor quality state as a city that we can't provide proper public washrooms that are maintained to our workers or people supporting businesses like Tim Hortons. The franchise owner as criminal not providing clean washrooms for patrons.

This is the most ridiculous Tim Hortons I've ever been to...they won't fill the napkin dispenser they wanna hand you 1 or two napkins that they've man handled then you ask to use the bathroom after you eat and they give you the third degree.Never again. Avoid this place at all costs if they're pinching pennies on napkins you know they're not too funny with expiration dates etc.

The atmosphere has thrown me off a few times. I am sure that is due to my energy that day. However, if it's the staffs vibrations?!?! I suggest the managers start paying their employees more. This would improve their expressions and make the interactions feel more genuine. I'm not saying the staff are not wonderful. They are!! Only want to point out that the vibration seems kind of down or monotone on occasion. They sometimes can not hear me, so I end up having to shout at the audio box while being shouted at. This is constructive criticism, and I say it with love, light, enlightenment, positive affirmations, and hugs that heal. I believe a pay increase is necessary for all staff. That will lift the vibration up and make the atmosphere more comfortable.

I asked for a egg McMuffin Meal. She did not ask what I would like on it. So My hot chocolate comes, then apparently my muffin, and then my egg muffin. Just egg and cold cheese. Your service sucks, I think you need to learn service like McDonald's. They give you a number, and put everything in a bag. Time to learn good service.

Revival

If the owners cannot spend $500.00 to fix the mens bathroom, I am going to take my business somewhere else. It has not been fixed for almost 2 months. I will not support a business that cannot or will fix there washrooms.What's interesting is I received an email from Tim Hortons saying not to place a review on the business. And to call a 1(800) number. I have complained to the manager several time. And his response to me is it's not his problem.I will support a local business that does not have any concern for there customers.
