Worst customer service experience ever. Burger didn't have what I asked for on it, asked for a change, got the worst looks plus a that's not what the screen says. What happened to service sorry sir let me get you another would have been a much better experience. Hate to boycott local, but I spends hundreds there all the time. No more. I am officially boycotting for the rudest employees I have ever come across. From the way they acted, to the guy not even giving me my burger back. So not only was it wrong but I got no food and no money back. Never again. I even forgave you for the bug in the fries. Don't eat here people, if your coming through just avoid this place

This is by far the dirtiest A&W I’ve ever been to in Canada. Flies were buzzing all over the place, and to make things worse, my burger came out cold — both the patty and the bun. Honestly, this location shouldn’t even be open. The dining environment here is a genuine health concern.

One of my go to when am on the road. Masala veggie and crispy veggie burger are awesome though I like the usual buddy burgers as well. Additionally, the PRET coffee is like cherry on the cake. I love it and totally recommend it. Must try!

I havent been to and A&W in years. I got the Beyond burger (which I dont really like, but was the only vegan option in town) I had the guys cook it extra long and they doubled up the onion, pickles and mustard for me and it wasn't the worst 🤣 Fries, obviously, were delish. Thanks to the guys working Sunday night, it was so chaotic in there, but they were so cheerful!

Staff seemed bored and apathetic, not welcoming. Cashier seemed to have trouble with English. I spoke carefully for him but he still got my order wrong. Way too many flies here. Many surfaces that ought to be clean such as doors appear to have months worth of hand prints on them. This was my first A&W experience in many years, and I regret it. The price and food wasn't worth the icky feeling.
