Booked through Expedia and pre paid in full when I arrived they sold out all the rooms and told me to go away because they had no vacancies. They didn’t care that it was already paid for and did nothing to solve the problem.

We came to the cafe here and loved it! They were such a sweet couple and their kid took our order. The whole family was kind, quick, and made really great drinks! We will be back!
Also, loved that they were open on a stat! Was the only place for coffee open

Room was clean, shower was hot, AC was cold. Beds are short if you're tall, but no biggie.

The beds are long over due for replacement. This ruinednwhat otherwise would have beed an OK stay. No housekeeping if you are staying two nights though they charme you full price for the second night. There are better options.

Bed bugs! Had about 20 bad bites after one night here. You’d be safer sleeping on the sidewalk. No response from hotel.
Great location. I had great experience here. During our stay, Narman was very friendly and showed us the heritage house and told us about the story. I definitely recommend this place. They also have a clean shared kitchen.

We stayed at Hotel DeOro for one night. While it offers good value, the cleanliness and maintenance of both the rooms and common areas could be improved. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Fine to stay for one or two nights for the price. The hotel is a bit tired but our room was clean enough. There is a mini fridge,coffee machine and microwave in the room which is handy. The shared kitchen is usefull but doesn't get cleaned or tidied often. The back alley where you park your car is a bit sketchy. Overall fine if you're passing through and not fussy
