I recently stayed at this motel and was pleasantly surprised by the improvements made by the new owner, who took over just three days ago. The owner is extremely caring and personally ensures that everything is up to standard. The AC was deep cleaned, and I had a great night’s sleep on a new mattress with fresh bed sheets. The room also had new lamps, adding a nice touch to the ambiance.
The bathroom has been partially renovated, and the entire room was spotless—no bugs, just a clean, comfortable space. The owner even offered me a complimentary tea at the restaurant downstairs, which was a lovely gesture.
While there are still a few remnants of the previous, less careful management, the owner is clearly dedicated to making this motel a better place. If you’ve seen old reviews, don’t let them deter you—this is a new chapter for the motel, and it’s in excellent hands now. Highly recommend!
Rooms: Some stuff is indeed old, but as I said these rooms are undergoing renovations.
Walkability: A lot of stuff in this rather small city is in walkable distance from the hotel.
Food & drinks: We ate at the curry corner downstairs, very good food in big portions for a reasonable price, nice staff in the restaurant and hotel, always smiling.

The hotel is old and dirty, we left the hotel in the middle of the night because both double beds in family room 103 were infested with bed bugs. The manager didn't think it was worth coming to us about it, "oh well, it's because of the sudden change to wet weather" ?. Never again, nightmare!

This was horrible. Only 2 towels for 3 people. Big crack in window which we had to prop up to keep it open. Tv only had a handful of channels. They didn’t tell us that the only pet friendly room was directly above the bar. And there was numerous fights outside our window. My dog shivered until about 2 am because she was so scared. Left garbage in our room. Storage area across from us was left open and there was dirty mattresses in there. Garbage and mattresses left on the roof outside our door. And fire exit was missing a handle. All usual amenities were not available. And we had to go ask for towels the second day. Even though the price was good please find somewhere else to stay.

i was passing by lillooet i had chance to stay hotel victoria this service was exilent and the room is very clean and there was indian resturent and liquor store and pub all staff are very friendly

The women operating check-in from the liquor store downstairs were very nice. The rooms had a television, but the cable service had been discontinued. There were no bottom/fitted sheets, pillow cases only on one bed. The bathtub drain was full of hair, and the desk lamp appeared to be from IKEA. We had to keep the window open because there was no ventilation, but this made it much more difficult to ignore the couple screaming at each other across the street.

I wouldn't stay here if there wasn't a room left in Lillooet. There is stains all over the carpets, dirt and garbage all over the floor. Not one dish was clean. Not even worth it for the price. Pretty disgusting to show up to what we did.Unacceptable service.DO NOT

Two nice ladies work at the liquor store everyone else is completely useless either talking on their ear buds or flat out ignoring you. I've got a blank stare as an answer for simple questions multiple times. It's like I'm being a burden on them by patronizing the store.This is the last resort liquor store in town. If you can't get to the gov't store or Reynolds.
