Lillooet Brewing Company has the best views from any brewery I have ever visited.
In terms of the rest of the brewery, it has a lot going for it. The beer is good, the pale ale and lager are worth trying, as is the IPA.
I went for a burger when there for dinner, and it was fine, maybe a bit too pricey, though, for what I got.
There is pizza on offer too, and they did look good. Maybe next time.
With the brewery being so remotely located, you should at least stop by for a pint.

Stopped in at Lillooet Brewing Company for a quick pint while passing through town, and what a pleasant surprise it turned out to be. This is an absolute gem of a local brewery.
The view from the patio is stunning, overlooking the valley and the Fraser River, it’s the kind of spot where you could easily lose track of time. The interior is bright, welcoming, and thoughtfully designed, with a relaxed, community vibe that instantly makes you feel at home.
The beer was fantastic. I had a pint of their Sour and it was spot-on, crisp and refreshing. To top it all off, while I was there, a local event was happening on the patio: volunteers fixing bikes for people free of charge. It really showed the heart of this place and its connection to the community.
Five stars, without a doubt. I’ll definitely be back whenever I’m in Lillooet again!

Went there for lunch and ordered their pizza and kombucha. One of the best pizzas ever, it’s so delicious and enough for two people. They don’t have many options in the menu but food is out of this world. Lady who served us was very friendly, I’m sure that’s why people just rush in to the place. If you happen to go there, be there early for lunch, outside patio has a fantastic view of the rocks and mountains,
