Ordered baked spaghetti it tasted like they threw in a can of stewed tomatoes added cheese to the top and baked it grotesque last time I order from there not even worth 1 star

Disappointed right off the bat 'cause they weren't open BEFORE the Grey Cup game started.. Phone person seemed rushed and they were only open 3 mins. Pizza was good, saw their order board jammed with 9 orders just after opening. Only 2 staff, could be critical to getting repeats, as they were backed up time wise. Crusts were underdone, cooked, but certainly not crisp, nor even brown. The leftovers will go in the air fryer. Ingredients seemed fresh, and food was definitely tasty. I ordered off the menu online, and the prices have gone up , with what I actually paid. Good enough that I'll give them another go.
Called to order food- they would not honour the prices listed on the menu posted online. When asked to pay for the food full price, they gave us a price. They promised us a deal for 4 items. When delivered- they Gave us 3 of 4 items. Then charged us more than agreed upon price…. Took over an hour to be delivered. When we called and asked about the 4th item, They would not honour it- Food was cold, took over an hour to come to our house less than 1.5 Kim’s away (3 min drive). and . 60.00 for not great food or service. Very disappointed. Trip advisor reviews shared similar views. Should have looked first.

The website is very misleading. There is a menu posted online that, when called, she would not honour it, knowing it was old. When asked how much the deal would be full price, she gave us a quote for a smaller pizza, we agreed on the price for delivery (the site said $4 and they charged us $7, he missed our house multiple times and we had to call. He came to our house but drove away). Food took over hour to arrive and we were missing one of our confirmed items. When called to rectify, she would not honour our agreed agreement over phone. Pizza was cold on arrival and the whole meal was disappointing. Never ordering from here again. Next time we want pizza, we will wait until Friday night to order pizza from the Bakery.
