This Tim Hortons is very slow. Service wait time are horrendous. I was told wait 3 minutes after being told to move up, wish I didn't because I seen 4 vehicles leave while I waited. I tried the order online app in hopes for quicker service. Nope. I waited and waited. They didn't even give me my drink that I was looking forward to. Finally got my food 17 minutes later. Supposed to be quick drive thro order. This it was NOT.

Got here at 7:55pm and doors were already locked. Worker inside just shook his head no when I knocked. He did wait until 8pm to turn off the lights in the Tim Hortons sign though ?

Closes early (8pm) to begin with, and still locks the doors early and doesn't offer service until that posted time. Very disappointing for the last stop before driving through the mountains
I sure the inside might be nice . But the drivethur window area is filthy. Maybe the manger can drive through to see it from customs view !
Property area could use some upkeep as well !! Food good !

The toilets were extremely dirty.. the staff seemed extremely young, I would have said school age.. amazing.The two boys were extremely haphazard and uncoordinated. So we had a cold pizza and hot coffee
