I recently visited Tim Hortons Lumby Branch for our lunch with my relatives, and it was an absolutely delightful experience, all staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. they made great recommendations and ensured our experience was perfect from start to finish, and they serve our food very quick.
Overall, We had an amazing experience and would highly recommend tim hortons lumby to anyone looking for great food and exceptional service. I'll definitely be back soon :)

Always nice at Tims in Lumby. very friendly, happy, smiley, very kind, we go there a few times a week for coffee just for a change and its always nice either the drive through or going in.. shame on the people that are giving bad reviews..these are kids that live in our community and are making a difference..

I ordered a chai tea latte with oat milk from the drive thru. When I got back home and took a sip, I literally spit it out. It was chai tea and coffee 🤮 Why would you even think someone would order that ??? I drove back to get made what I ordered. One of the young girls and manager were smirking at each other like it was funny. Grow up and take responsibility for your establish and mistakes.

Terrible. Two young kids flirting and yapping for 5 minutes before acknowledging me. Tried to order a couple different things but they didn’t have the ingredients. Cashier suggested something and they didn’t even make that right. Ordered a dark roast. Coffee was so weak couldn’t drink it. Nothing about the experience was good. Not to mention the wasps in the donut case
