Mama’s is probably the best restaurant on the Coast. Consistent and delicious. We’ve never had a bad meal here. Our usual order is the sashimi bento and a side of Panko Prawns.

Really fantastic value and very acceptable quality. This isn’t high street sushi, but it is very good. The miso soup was well balanced and the bento boxes very reasonably priced.

We had miso soup, panko prawns, and lots of sushi. It was all excellent! Mama was very so welcoming 😊 Gets busy and takeout waits longer, so recommend eating in. Lots of gluten free options. They gave us confidence it was celiac safe too.

Great family run sushi place on the Sunshine Coast right in Madeira Park. Come here every visit.
Food was great, came in during a rush but lucky enough to get a table. Water kind of tasted funky to us but the tuna sashimi was amazing. We got a mango California, Harbour, and Center roll and they were all really delicious. Would come back for sure.

Great food, fast service, loved it.
We stumbled upon this Japanese restaurant by chance while looking for a nearby charging station. The food was fairly standard, and the prices were a bit on the higher side—especially compared to what you might find in Vancouver. There was only one server managing everything, so the service was just okay. That said, we’re still thankful to have had the opportunity to enjoy a nice dinner. Grateful to God for the little surprises like this.
