Used to be good with the original owner. Not bad when it was A and k sausage. The new iron butcher store has significantly increased there prices and quality of the meat has gone down hill. Just went in this morning bought a few things including eureopean weiners.Got home unpacked , the European weiners were so old and shriveled up they were inedible had to toss in garbage. If the new Iron butcher serves meat like that Skip this place. Not worth your time and money. Very disappointing with old sausage like that there is a risk of food poisoning. I wish I had taked a picture before tossing. health board should check this place out.

A&K sausage now The Iron Butcher Can't wait for them to get produce and fresh seafood! Maui ribs are a must try! steaks are amazing owner and staff are super friendly and helpful

Iron Meats as this place is now known is under new ownership. Well worth the visit. Great old recipes but some exciting additions. Great knowledgeable staff still there.

Fantastic place, the staff is so nice, they are very good about covid safety, and everything is delicious, and a great price. The variety is almost overwhelming, I'm going to have to come back often to try everything! They also have a small dry goods section for those hard to find European sauces and candies
