Came in to buy a coffee and use the bathroom. I asked the emplyeeyto buz me in. She told me bathrooms were for customers only in broken english. I explained i was going to buy a coffee. She just repeated bathroom is for customers only. I said ok would you like me to buy my coffee first then? She just repeated the same thing. Refusing me to let me use the washroom in front of a restaurant full of people was mortifying even after i offered to buy my coffee.

I ordered on line teen burger had very small amounts of cheese the only thing that tasted good was the tomato. Papa burger had one patty and no onions

The other night, we were just about to order when the power went out. Pooja and the staff did an excellent job handling the situation and in a calm and friendly manner, Pooja took the time to speak with each customer. We decided to wait and when power was restored, the staff were quick to get the orders prepared and out to customers.

Went through the drive-thru around 9pm on a Wednesday night and the service was soo slow! Took over 15min in the drive thru with only 2 cars in line. The person working the window was rude and when they provided the food they do not give us any napkins, straw or ketchup for the fries. When I asked if we could have some ketchup she looked at me like I was crazy - ketchup for fires?!? How dare I?!?
