I ordered my burger fries and gravy. Then went to sit down on the bench. There was a huge dirty tear covering most of the seat. I really didn't want to sit on it but no other benches were available. I asked the young clerk behind the counter and he said it had been there for a long time. I said let the manager know a customer complained and would like it cleaned up. At our senior group meeting this morning. I mentioned it and several others had already complained over a year ago and nothing was done.
What can you say ? it's A&W Gotta love that root beer !

Had the new crunchy chubby chicken burger and my aunt had the beyond meat. Both were fresh and pipping got, absolutely delicious ? the only let down was they weren't serving onion rings for some reason at this location so that was a disappointment ?

Have done drive through 3 times and each time it has taken a very very long time so I don’t know if the owner is too cheap to staff the place properly or if the workers are messing around but it is quite frustrating from the perspective of the customer.

Very clean store. They employed a special needs employee to keep the customer area clean. It IS!Service with a smile, well organized and quick. Only complaint my onion rings were cold, not fresh.
Love the burgers when I stop between jobs. Staffs friendly and service is quick.. my pit stop spot..
