The hamburgers we had here were so fresh - all the ingredients were, as well as the bun. The service was really fast, even faster than most A&Was. The French fries were also really fresh and crisp, and hot. This would have to rank up top as the best fast food place I have been to in a long time.

When I work late and come by at 2am, they make my food fresh and I appreciate them so much.

The ladies at the front managing are extremely rude And demanding the food is cold for disrespecting paying customer. You deserve a zero. oh, and look at that your restaurant only has four stars because your management is miserable

Thank you Arshleen - she deserves a raise! We initially tried to order via the app but due to technical issues, ended up in the drive thru line to order. Arshleen took my order and I opened my app to obtain the points and though we had enough points to receive a free kids pack, the app was not working. She understood the situation and handled it with grace, patience and kindness - allowed me some time to restart the app and order a kids pack using our points all with a smile. She made it work by just giving me a few more seconds instead of telling me to move on because there was a long line of hungry customers behind. THIS is the true meaning of the holiday season (in our case, Christmas lunch) and I stand by my opening statement. Thank you A&W for hiring Arshleen and allowing her the opportunity to turn what could have been a mediocre experience into a truly excellent display of customer service.

Really wish I could give them minus one star. They are absolutely incredibly brutal. I can't believe this. I mean it's Christmas. Come on guys Christmas. You're going to pull this type of garbage on Christmas. What is it? I don't speak the language. I don't have the same religion. The same skin color. I'm sorry guys. I was born here. I'm Canadian. What is it? I can't believe you treat someone like this on Christmas day. It's just insane. What did I do to you? Just please. Honestly, if you're not Indian, if you don't speak the language, just please stay away from here. They really don't care. Honestly absolutely appalling imagine they're like this on Christmas. Imagine what they're like on normal days. Just please. Please stay away from here. Don't come to this a&w go to other a&w's these guys are just absolutely terrible. Just absolutely will discriminate against you. Just please, please please go to somewhere else. Honestly support Lowell don't support guys that honestly don't care anything about you. Anything about service? If you're not the right color, don't even bother. So go to somewhere where they accept anyone and everyone. And you're not a based off of your religion. Your lang language. Sorry guys I speak English. Don't worry, you'll never have to see me ever ever again and I'll never ever have to worry about supporting you guys ever. Our teen burgers were delicious!! We both loved them and the staff seemed new so they asked the same questions a few times but were super sweet. We will be back!

We ordered chubby chicken burgers: tender chicken and tasty enough. Very fresh SP fried too. As A&W never lets u down with their cold-mugged drink!

Definitely beats the McDonald across the street.

Food tasted great but could have been warmer. Love the frosted mug! Tables were sticky and unwashed both top and sides. It was difficult to find a table inside to sit at that appeared clean.
