I’m a regular customer at A&W because I really enjoy your food and visit almost daily before heading to work. However, I’ve encountered an ongoing issue with the men’s washroom at your location.
For the past two weeks, the toilet in the men’s washroom has been out of order, and it still hasn’t been repaired. This has been quite inconvenient, as I’ve had to either rush home or use the women’s washroom, which isn’t ideal.
I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Maintaining functional facilities is important for the comfort of your customers. Thank you for addressing this matter.
