They won’t let you use coupons when a teen burger promotion is on. It is more expensive without the coupons. Totally ridiculous!!!

Went for a quick breakfast this morning before a long appt . My friend and I went and I had coupons as there are many out right now. I had a coupon for 2 breakfast sandwiches hashbrowns and coffees
The the egg and bacon was cold and dried out as were the biscuits. Obviously were sitting under the warmer as we got them immediately
The restaurant was busy at 9:30 am. No excuse. Coupons or not busy or not. No Thxs

Bought a burger and later realized, should have taken a combo. Asked the staff to change it to a combo and zo was willing to pay for the difference. They denied, I couldn't believe it. McDonald's would have simply deleted the burger and punched a combo. After all they always like to promote a combo. A&W team, you really need to think seriously what the hell you guys are doing. Is this the iron age...? LoL

On Thursdays about 5PM in the summer the local classic car owners have a small car show at this A&W location which can really bring back one's memories. Especially an old boomer like me. The first drive-ins I ever went to when I got my license in 1967 was at the A&W on 101st St and 108 Ave in Edmonton. Those were the days when a triple patty burger would go down easy. Now a Mama is all I can handle with no cheese.

I've been here several times early in the morning over the last month and it has been hands down the best service and consistent quality of food I've ever experienced at a fast food restaurant.

The woman who i believe is the manager named Roshni always gives the utmost of friendly service and insures your food is made fresh and to the highest standards!

The restaurant is extremely clean and the person (her name is Bailey) is absolutely amazing!! She is constantly cleaning and always has something nice to say to us when we are there... even if she is having a bad day, she still takes the time to smile and say hello! We love this location because of her!

They used to call it fast food and it used to be, but when there's nobody else in the drive-thru at 3am and you're made to wait longer than 10 minutes for a sandwich that shouldn't cost $20 to start with you really gotta ask yourself.... What am I wasting my time for?

We just had a visit to this location . Lady name “Roshini” served us . Her service was next level . She was super sweet and nice . She made our food fresh . I’ll definitely come back to this location because of the best service given by late night manager Roshini .
