Worst restaurant

Food was delicious. Took a friend for her birthday. 30 degrees outside... my bad, assumed there would be AC but it was just as hot inside as it was outside, which really ruined the meal. Service was OK. Waitresses were busy with phone orders.

I am a big fan of Ban Chok Dee in Langley so I was excited to visit this location since it's close to my work. They are the same restaurants but I don't think they share the same chefs. It is bad here. Fried rice is soggy and I see white chunks of rice not blended with the fried rice. Panang curry is just sweet. I couldn't taste that distinct thai panang curry flavour in which I experienced in Langley location. Awful experience. I am definitely going back to Langley Ban Chok Dee but if youre gonna franchise your business, please be mindful about the quality check.

Service by this restaurant and their delivery provider is deplorable. I ordered $90 worth of food, it shows up missing the lettuce for the lettuce wraps, I call the restaurant and they tell me to call the carrier, try to call the carrier and there is no number to reach them at, only online support. Try the online support, and they offer me a $3 credit for my missing item. How the hell am I supposed to eat lettuce wraps with no lettuce…thanks for nothing, last time I go here, and last time I use Uber.

We really have to give a shout out to Gavin at the Maple Ridge location who took care of us with the utmost professionalism. They are lucky to have you! It was clear when we arrived the restaurant was short staffed. Gavin was greeter, server, bartender, problem, solver when there were payment issues with some orders and then some. We watched him navigate and work the floor with ease so that everyone was taken care of. The food arrived and was delicious as usual. This place is always consistent and never disappoints. The 5 spices fish is to die for.

It is a bit pricey. The food is okay! Definitely should try mango sticky rice

This place is really good. The food is excellent - a good variety of Thai dishes with many of the classics, but also some nice variations. We live in North Vancouver, and it's a reflection of how good this place is that we make the effort to come all this way for dinner.

We love the food at Ban Chok Dee, and the service is usually fantastic. Big portions, including for the kids.

This is a 5 star establishment all day long. If you enjoy quality this hits the spot. Whoever owns this place has done something special in maple ridge

Really great Thai food. The green curry was amazing! The lunch special is such good value. Service was quick and efficient! Will be back a lot more for dine-in and takeout experiences. Well done Ban Chok Dee!
