They scammed our kids $10 change two times.
We were at the Luminary Festival in Delta and I gave my kids $50 to order food. I watched from not too far as they ordered two poutines for $26. They received $14 back in change when they should have received $24. We confronted them and they easily gave us $10 back.
We tried this again with another family shortly afterwards. Their kids went up with a $50 to purchase two poutines for $26 and they received $14 back in change. We confronted them once again and without hesitation they gave us $10.
This place scams kids!! Such a terrible business!

Hands down one of the best food trucks around! The fries are always fresh-cut, the cheese curds are perfectly melty, and the gravy is full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care they put into every order. Their team is super friendly and fast, even when they’re slammed. Whether it’s the classic or one of their creative poutines, every bite hits the spot. Always excited to find them at events
this truck is a must-visit!

Way too overpriced for a plain poutine that had barely any cheese at all. And they dip the ladle with the cheese curds in the gravy which is is really cringey to watch because that is so unhealthy, Food cross contamination gross.

Absolutely ridiculous. Went during berry fest in Abbotsford. Only 3 customers. Yet guy in front of me got his food immediately (regular poutine.) I ordered buffalo chicken AND regular and got my buffalo but no regular. During this time the front couple were asking where their food was and they were still waiting while others getting their orders. At that point (been waiting a while) wanted a refund and to go but the truck chasier and boss seemed to have no idea what they were doing.
I watched new ppl come up and get same thing I ordered and was waiting on. Asked where my other poutine was and they acted confused and had no idea what was going on PLUS terrible treatment of the other couple waiting on their refund.
Horrific never order here ever.

Ordered chicken tenders from the Food Truck based on a huge poster that was outside which showed amazing looking tenders only to be served store-bought frozen chicken tenders in a box after being fried to quote on quote Perfection when I asked the vendor why doesn't it look like the picture and why isn't it actual freshly made tenders he said the poster doesn't say fresh these are our chicken tenders they charge me 15 bucks for six little chicken tenders you can buy at no frills thanks but no thanks

Got the chicken strip poutine. The chicken strips were horrible quality and tasted bad. The gravy had 0 flavor and was not hot enough. The fries were bomb tho! EDIT- I see some are saying the chicken strip poutine is 12$?! we paid 17$!!!!!
Unfortunately, the new recipe for the gravy is not good. We used to travel far and wide to get Big Reds,
Now the portion was half the size and the gravy was weak and no longer authentic poutine gravy. Such a shame. We won't return.

Loved the chicken stripes I ordered at the PNE my friend ordered the classic poutine and he also enjoyed it. I'll definitely come back for more!
Got the classic poutine the other day at the luminary festival in North Delta from this truck and I was very disappointed. Gravy tasted old and It was very small for what it cost. The classic poutine was $13 and all I have to say was it was super small. Such a rip off. You could get TWO big and very filling poutines at costco for the price of what big reds costed. I 100% wouldn't recommend getting it ever again. Waste of money and time.

We tried the Chicken Strips Poutine at the PNE, and it was the best poutine I have ever had! The gravy was hot and flavorful, the chicken and fries were crispy. They had a lineup, but the wait time wasn't too long. I will definitely be back. I highly recommend giving their poutine a try when you get a chance - you won't be disappointed!
