I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I stopped in for a coffee and paid $5.80. Everything seemed fine until I received my drink, which was noticeably underfilled less than 3/4 of the cup. I politely pointed this out to the server and asked if she could add more coffee, showing her that about a third of the cup was missing. She refused and stated that this was how it was supposed served.

I explained that for nearly $6, I expected a full cup. She again said no and began to walk away. I mentioned that this experience would likely prevent me from returning, and her response was simply, “Okay.”

As a business owner myself, this interaction was frustrating. I asked for her name so I could contact the manager and discuss the situation, but she refused to provide it. I truly feel sorry for the owner of this location running a successful business is hard enough without having employees who dismiss customer concerns and drive customers away.

Went in right before close (sorry🥹), but Hannah and Olivia were soo sweet and accommodating!! They made my chai nog super fast and it was so good I can’t even begin to explain. Anyway I highly recommend this space is always so clean and tidy and the food and drinks are so yummy with the best ingredients. I hope their manager sees this I had such a good interaction even though I came in so late <3

Their Thai iced tea is super sweet and delicious! Very much needed afternoon boost for a long day. It's a nice and spacy cafe in Maple Ridge, but don't expect a greeting from the baristas.

I went here recently, and I am absolutely abhorred by the way the manager (i believe) treats her staff. Standing in line waiting to order, the manager (assuming) began screaming and berating one of the baristas to the point of tears. What a disgusting display of arrogance. Shame on management and this Blenz coffee for letting something like that happen.

Clean and organized. Spacious but comfortable atmosphere.
Food items a bit overpriced
The long term staff is friendly and welcoming, which is a rarity these days. I give them kudos for always having a smile despite having to deal with the retail public.
