$15.34 for 2 Almond Croissants with no coffee. Absolutely ridiculous and over priced.

Love this cafe :) blenz is a great brand and this store does well to connect to the community. Food is hit or miss- really depends on your personal palette. I love their croissants, cookies, and muffins personally!!

It's gone up in price by 2.50$ but I enjoyed there shaken mango ice tea.

Just a quick stop ordered a coffee and a treat. The coffee is like water and when I tried to ask the server a question she cut me off and her reply was I've only been here since October so I wouldn't know

Service and atmosphere 10/10 - The food is disgusting, i actually couldn't eat it and I eat everything - It was so gross I am borderline traumatized- I ordered a chicken pesto sandwhich and it tasted old, the chicken is not chicken or at least it didnt taste like it. It was also still cold, cheese tasted like plastic. Omg just so bad. Do not order any of the sandwiches. The chai latte was sub par. The peanut butter cookie was good. 4 stars for the friendly service I have received at this location on multiple occasions and enjoyable atmosphere.

Zero customer service, walked in with my family for coffee and chocolate milk at 5pm Sunday Aug 4th 2024. Staff member was mopping the floor and one was on the till asked if they are open said will close only at 7pm and no direction, no instruction, if we can sit other side or to go out. Attitude is “if you want to get something,buy it and run away”. My kids were waving and smiling at them… no response or smile. However for the sake of the kids we took down the chairs from the table and sat down.What a wonderful experience my kids and I had when we took them first time to BLENZ for a drink! Don’t worry, we will never make this mistake again.

This place used to be one of my kids favourite coffee shop prior to our very recent incident. Very unprofessional and rude staff. Never going there again.

I witnessed a lovely family being belittled and yelled at by a staff member while the coffee shop was full - what a disgrace for Blenz. It appeared the family was trying to spend quality time together (grandparents, kids, grandkids) but a rude and racist barista made sure their get together was put to an end. Instead walking over to the family and speaking to them in a politely manner, the young blonde barrister screamed at them on two separate occasions within a span of 10 minutes. The family was visible minority and this barrista wanted to treat them like second class citizens. Will think twice before spending my $$ here again.

Train staff on how to be nice and courteous to customers versus yelling at them across a full cafe especially when children are present. Blenz - do better!

My siblings and I decided to meet in a cozy cafe to catch up after months of not being able to see our parents due to health issues. The barista (blonde with fake lashes) made sure to ruin this meaningful time for us. My son along with his cousins were spending time together next to our table - this barrister yells over the counter and asks the children to hang out by our table. Sure, this was a “safety” concern. We pulled the kids to our table. Next, my 10 year old niece sat on lawn chairs next to our table. Same barista scream at my niece to not sit on the chair as she may break it. How does a 11 year old 41 lbs child break lawn chair that supports weight of full grown adults? To be clear, no signs were posted asking people not to sit on the lawn chairs while indoors.

Absolutely disgusted by this behaviour. Blenz should invest in training employees who do not have children of their own on how to approach families with children as young as 1 year. Yelling across the coffee shop in front of everyone is definitely not the right way to speak to anyone especially if kids are involved.

Never returning here. Save yourself the rest and have coffee someplace if you have a family and want to be treated with respect.
