They take an order and box your items for you letting you know that "everything is in the box", only to find after payment and shipping that something is back ordered and don't inform you ahead of time. This has happened multiple times and apparently the sales clerk was arguing with me over the phone and not apologizing.Edited and updated- Everything was resolved in a timely in and efficient manner.
