I had such a great experience at Booster Juice. The girls working on Monday were super polite, cheerful, and very helpful in recommending drinks. They served quickly, kept the place clean, and made me feel like a valued customer. 🤩

Its my concern to the store manager, I was really disappointed with my recent order on Saturday which was Banana’s A-whey from Booster Juice. The smoothie I received was extremely watery, lacked flavor, and didn’t taste like the ingredients were blended properly. Despite paying extra for the product and add-ons like extra whey protein, the quality did not reflect the cost at all. It felt like the additional items I paid for weren’t even included or made no difference to the drink. I usually expect fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared smoothies from Booster Juice, but this experience was very underwhelming and not worth the price.

My husband and I have been going to booster juice for a while now and have had the same flavour smoothie every time we’ve gone.

Today, we decided to grab some smoothies after being at the lake all morning so we dropped by at this location (which we’ve been at before). We ordered our usual smoothies but, when we got to the car and had our first sip we knew something was off.

The smoothies tasted sour and foul, as if something was spoiled but we couldn’t pin point what exactly. Not to mention the after taste lingered.

We immediately came back inside and brought back the FULL smoothies to ask about maybe remaking or just a refund (in case it was an ingredient issue and therefore a remake wouldn’t make sense).

We were met with a specific employee immediately being defensive and lacking any consideration that what we were saying was true.

Instead she proceeded to explain how she has experience in making the drink and how there couldn't be anything wrong because that’s how it’s made and then listed out what goes in it (even though we KNOW the ingredients again because that’s the only smoothie we get at booster juice). She also immediately said she wouldn’t do a refund before explaining for a few more minutes about how she’s experienced and how there couldn’t be something wrong with the drink.

Finally, she offered to remake smoothies for us, but only the same ones, and at that point we don’t want these smoothies if they taste off still. Sure enough, they remade the drinks and I think tried to change something but both smoothies still had the off tasting flavour.

We ended up just saying thank you and taking the smoothies, but not drinking them. A few minutes later, we stopped by a different location to order the same thing and it tasted EXACTLY how it was supposed to, not to mention the color. I attached a photo, the top smoothie is what it is supposed to look and taste like, while the one at the bottom right was not it.

What a waste of money, and I’m disappointed in the service. We usually love booster juice too but this (no pun intended) puts a bad taste in our mouth, and we will not be going back to this location.

Heads up to the authorities about your store that it burning like hell from inside. Earlier I was planning to sit and enjoy my drink but the moment I entered the store I felt like I am in a fire pit. Hats off to the girl that how she’s bearing that much heat inside the store , I don’t remember her name but the first letter was P. A brave girl with smile on her face giving great customer service experience despite all the temperature conditions she’s working like an immortal. Authorities please pay attention to the situation of your store and your employees working in the conditions.

Just for the concerns to the manager of this location that why there is so hot inside your store. I visited the location one girl named Prabhjot was working there in very hot conditions but still her customer service was great ignoring the conditions of the store. She was so nice and calm in very hot weather. Outside the store weather is good but inside it seems like hell. I figured out that the temperature may be around 89*F. Its very hot for working girl as well as for the customer. I am worried for the girl Prabhjot how she’s managing all that stuff. Authorities please pay some attention for the customer as well as for your employees.

Staff constantly refuse to make drinks prior to close. It’s currently 17:28 and they refuse to make orange juice because they close at 6:00. If the owner sees this you should clean house and fire all your staff! You are constantly losing money because of your lazy ass workers

Prompt service as soon as I walk in. Although it hasn't been too busy the few times that I've been there. drinks are tasty

Very disappointed. Went here for my free birthday drink as I've been using the app and had my birthday registered in there for quite some time. Showed the lady working, Harjit, who said with a smile on her face that because the coupon didn't show up, there must be an issue with the app therefore she was unable to honour my free birthday drink. Made no difference when I showed her my birthday listed on the app and my points, proving I come here often. No apology and no effort to rectify the situation whatsoever. Will never be returning to this location because of her.

Whatsoever , the other reviews are but the ladies staff helped me out. I had a card decline problem. They only helped me from all the nearby store and market only these ladies helped me. Really appreciated. It doesn't matter how the food is or it is served. But they are good human..and that's true. On Tuesday around 2:00 pm.

Smoothie is very watered down compared to other locations. Would not go back.

App is terrible, customer service is terrible. My mother gifted me me 50$ for this place and I started going. After the 50$ was up I probably spent an additional 75$ over the course of a couple months. Went to redeem my ‘berry points’ that I certainly accumulated and was promptly told I could not due to some absolute BS about the app. Haven’t been back since I got told I couldn’t redeem so that’s that. Not sure the currency rate on per point to $ but I felt like money was stolen from me.

Fast foreword to today (my birthday) and a friend told me you get a free booster juice. God forbid I go back to this place but in my head I’d figure hey if I got a free booster juice maybe that makes up for all my lost berry points. WRONG. Won’t let me get anything. Place sucks, it’s over priced anyway. So many better places to spend my money. SEE YOU NEVER BOOSTER JUICE. What a rip

I frequent bot booster juices in maple ridge this westgate location has tuned me off from going back to that location 1 too many times. Much like others have said, their smoothies taste way more watered down than any other location. It’s been consistent, every time. I will no longer be supporting the location and will always use the valley fair from now on.
