Legitimately my Favourite Fast Food Restaurant in Ridge-Meadows. Food is always fresh and cheap, and remarkably fast (even when not using the Drive Through). People are very friendly and Kind, and it’s very close to the Rapid Bus stop which makes it a good place to wait for my bus and grab a quick bite. Love this Place!

I went last night for Whopper Wednesday. I've had lots of issues with this location before. But thinking Whopper Wednesday everything would be fresh. Got a Bacon Whopper combo with onion rings and coke. I ate half the Whopper and didn't have any bacon yet. There was one little shriveled piece in the middle. See attached photo. The onion rings had lots of them so I thought they save me meal and hunger, but they were cold like the burger 🍔, but soggy with the oil..yummy cold soggy oil drenched onion rings, my favorite.🤢 I rate the food a 1.5/10 for taste, value, and freshnest . I would avoid this location unless you go in side and actually watch them make everything fresh on front of you.

Customer service is really bad and when I was getting my food at the counter they started washing the counter with soapy water right beside my food. When I said “can you please not do that beside my food” they scowled at me. When they take your order you can barely understand them.

Very poor management and food. Made me wait for 20+ minutes in drive through at night for food and gave me burger with burnt chicken patty and oil was dripping out of it… chicken fries were also burnt and shrunk. They need to train their staff before putting them at night. Food was pathetic service was horrible. -100 starts
Customer service is really bad. Their machine was not working for payment. We used 3 different cards. They just that your card is not working. Then we went A&W, and same payment method worked. We said that girl to used other POS. She didn’t even tried.
