Booked the back room for my birthday, told them I’d have 15-20 people and they went above and beyond when almost 30 ended up showing up, service was second to none food was unreal all and all the best experience I’ve had celebrating a birthday ever! I’d definitely recommend this to anyone thinking of doing something with a big group or even just a night out for a date! Thanks again Sam and the rest of the team for making it a night to remember!

. We went for dine out which was a $55 three course meal. We arrived a little early for our reservation so they invited us up to the bar for drinks while we waited. The bartender ( I wish I had got his name ) was an amazing employee, his banter was friendly and genuine and the cocktails were perfection. My sister had the cosmopolitan which was a perfect balance of cranberry, vodka and lime. I had the seasonal Apple strudel sour which had captain Morgan rum with apple liqueur and lemon , the lemon was a great addition offering a slight sour note to balance the rum and sweet apple. When we moved to our table they surprised us with 2 house made breads and butters. There was a soft house focaccia and a baguette along with a date butter and a second salted one. The date butter was an unexpectedly tasty surprise and I don't normally like dates but loved that. For started we had the ceasar salad and soup du jour ( cream of mushroom). The ceasar salad had a beautiful house made dressing with a good amount of bacon, house made croutons , Parmesan and crispy capers . The mushroom soup was rich and creamy with my only complaint being that the texture was a bit off for me , it was almost to whip topping texture... a bit to dense for a soup for my liking but the taste was spot on. For mains we had the pasta and steak. The pasta was perfectly all dente with a rich tomato sauce with lots of chorizo and some beautiful grilled prawns topped with a dusting of parmesan. My steak was a perfect medium and the herb butter was a nice buttery pop. The potatoes where crisp on the outside and soft on the inside and had a subtle herbaceous flavour. The broccoli rab was lightly cooked and had a light lemony flavour . The chimichurri was smooth and velvety and was a nice complement to everything. The chef also brought us our mains and explained them which was nice. Desert was flawless. See Google for full review

There were four of us for dinner. Two of us had the “Open Table” menu and two did not. All of our meals were delicious. Our sever was also very good. Attentive without being too much and provided helpful information. I am looking forward to returning to try different menu items that also looked amazing.

Excellent experience. Fairly high end, which was a nice change in Maple Ridge. Great service, attention to detail, and delicious food. Shout out to the beef tenderloin and the creme brule dessert was next level. Expensive, over $200 for two people, but a very, very nice meal.

Last night was my second time at Chameleon and everything was superb. My guest was a first time customer and she agreed with me 100%.

My forst time at Chameleon, chose it for its proximity to the ACT as we had an 8:00pm show to attend. I made reservations for 6:00pm which would give us lots of time to dine and get to the show...or so I thought. Unfortunately due to inadequate staffing the servers were SLAMMED and they were so busy. Our meal didn't arrive until 7:10pm...Not impressed!! Barely made the show. The food was great, our server was great, we appreciated her hustle and acknowledged her situation but for the Management Team, staff accordingly, especially on nights of an event. Kudos to all the staff, kitchen included you did your best under the circumstances. :)

Had the Sunday special prime rib dinner. It was outstanding. Enjoyed a few cocktails, split the beet and goat cheese salad for an appetizer. Enjoyed the special feature dessert sticky toffee pudding. A great evening celebrating with my girlfriend. Will be back!!
