My forst time at Chameleon, chose it for its proximity to the ACT as we had an 8:00pm show to attend. I made reservations for 6:00pm which would give us lots of time to dine and get to the show...or so I thought. Unfortunately due to inadequate staffing the servers were SLAMMED and they were so busy. Our meal didn't arrive until 7:10pm...Not impressed!! Barely made the show. The food was great, our server was great, we appreciated her hustle and acknowledged her situation but for the Management Team, staff accordingly, especially on nights of an event. Kudos to all the staff, kitchen included you did your best under the circumstances. :)

Had the Sunday special prime rib dinner. It was outstanding. Enjoyed a few cocktails, split the beet and goat cheese salad for an appetizer. Enjoyed the special feature dessert sticky toffee pudding. A great evening celebrating with my girlfriend. Will be back!!

We shared appie of pork belly and truffle fries. The truffle fries were very good and crispy. However, the pork belly was very hard to cut with a knife. It was overly crisp on the top and the dish was well presented, but lacked flavor. My wife really enjoyed the chicken breast , the accompaniment of asparagus, potatoes, hummus, and Romasco sauce really added a nice touch to the whole dish. I enjoyed the lobster mac & cheese, good size portions. To top off the meal, we shared of a vanilla bean Brulé, which was to die for, so good.

What a great establishment! Started off with a few cocktails and thoroughly enjoyed the charcuterie. Wife had the butternut squash ravioli while I had the seafood risotto. Delicious! The staff was wonderfully attentive and the ambiance was perfect. Been meaning to come here for awhile and I thought a wedding anniversary was a great excuse to do so. We will be back to enjoy more from the stacked menu.
Don't even know where to start so I won't. 2 dressed up a ridiculously expensive 9. Never again.

Have to say we were disappointed with our recent visit. The service was mediocre and so was the rather pricy food. They knew in advance we were celebrating a birthday and there was no acknowledgment made. Because we made a reservation for 6 there was an automatic 20% tip added even though only 5 ended up coming. I find it funny that they can decide their service was good enough to deserve that much - it wasn’t! I was paying for myself and one other person and it was $170. That didn’t include any appetizers or desserts, it was two entrees and three drinks! The server did not deliver all the meals so in total she brought over my one drink and filled my water up once. For that I was forced to pay her a $28 tip. That’s ridiculous. Won’t be going back. It’s a shame, it used to be so good. The menu is fairly minimal also.

They have a beautiful restaurant, with an open kitchen & centered bar. Their bar tender is very knowledgable & talented, offering unique drinks & local spirits. The food was delicious, presented beautifully & large in portion size. It was nearly full when we dined, the atmosphere was lively but not too loud. From a very large party seated upstairs, to intimate tables for two, everyone seemed very happy. The staff were co-ordinated & worked well together. The kitchen staff were calm & had the food presented & delivered in perfect time.
