Friendly and awesome staff. I love ordering from this location! Thank you for always prepping my meals with care! I will be coming back when I crave chicken, lol! Ps. This location is so peaceful to come to after a long day of work! They even added an extra butter biscuit and packed my chicken tender box with an overflow of fires because I waited a minute longer than expected! Definitely come here if you are looking for quality and care!

Edit: charging for bags in a franchises designed to discourage stays with uncomfortable seating is not acceptable pick one. will match your petty move and be bringing my own from now on yours are useless anyways they tear open before I step out the door. Chicken Was fine, overcooked like every other fast food chain(overcooked on a review looks better then raw ) but I like the Mexicana burger, much more spicy then KFC or, really any chicken burger I've had in a bit and I love them for it.
In short Just don't expect this to change your life it's just convenient pretty good chicken.

The staff’s expression seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. If this continues, it may drive customers away, especially since Maple Ridge has many other well-known local restaurants where people can enjoy lunch or dinner—not just Church’s Chicken.

Called multiple times and no answer this was over an hour before they were due to close and when i arrived they were cleaning up. I wasn’t able to get the order I wanted because they had already turned off the fryers I would understand if I arrived 20 minutes before closing but not over an hour and when I got home they got my order wrong

One order or chicken strips and one thigh, a very simple order.
They did not make the chicken strips correct, we paid for a drum stick, they sold the last one to the uber orders and wanted us to wait another 10mins after waiting 10mins in the first place.
Then they asked about the dipping sauce for the order, grabbed it and did not give us any in any of the bags.
Fabulous establishment, great staff, delectable chicken. Me and the missus’ weekly cheeky dinner!

Generally, the service is very poor. No smole, zero happiness here. If the chicken wasn't so good I would never come back. Talk to your employees, if they don't want to be here....let them go and do some customer service training!!!

We’ve given this place more chances than we probably should have, and every time, it ends the same way: us racing to the bathroom like it’s the Indy 500. I don’t know what kind of magic (or madness) is happening in that kitchen, but our stomachs are officially tapping out. Church’s Chicken, it’s not us—it’s definitely you. Never again.

The worst churches chicken I have ever been, first of all worst customer service, cashier are so un helpful and unfriendly she didn’t even offer me deals in the store I had to ask it my self chicken are super dry and salty. and the worst charge me of the bag that is easily ripped FYI if your gonna charge your customer for bag you could at least give them a better bag. with a handle that will mot ripped in one pull😡
