This was a great place to watch teen of all nationalitys young aged kids serve food to customers.. now it's all old foreign workers... I won't be going back
This change was in a very short time!!!
And why because the government gives a kickback to people who hire foreign workers. Like $10,000 kickback !!!!

I was dasher and I ask if I can fill water bottle.. The lady didn't allow me to fill she worried I might fill pop instead water (I used to own restaurant I understand her dougt) she took my bottle inside kitchen and filled that ( they are not supposed to take any thing from out side hand to kitchen) she didn't spilled my old warm water inside bottle she filled water over old water.

If you like ice cream this is a great place to come for a cool treat.

My boyfriend and I went there 6 days ago, we grabbed the 1 new bacon burgers that are on the board, clear as day... We were charged 15 dollars for the worst burger I have ever seen, My boyfriend was pretty furious, also to mention we waited 15 minutes for 2 burgers, buddy in the back was mean mugging and looking at us some type of way, one girl appeared to not care about her job and one gal was pressured into giving discounts to bully teenagers probably from the local high school here.
We got our money back, but I have submitted a complaint to the HQ and Business Bureau as well as Fraser Health because nobody should be eating food like that. I am shocked that the place is still running.
I'd also like to add that not everyone that goes into the establishment is a povert-addict or troubled persons and everyone should be treated with respect, especially you the person making and serving our food.

Inside of store is kinda messy at times and like most Dairy Queen locations, those hard plastic booths don't get any softer, even decades after. For these reasons, I usually order in the drive through and it is more pleasant. Of course the dipped cone is heavenly and of course the strawberry sundae is light and wonderful. Service is standard and very straightforward. A good experience, come here in the Summer time when you want a treat! 🔥💜

If you wanna bump into a zombie just sit outside for awhile and before you know it they will appear. Tards everywhere.

I come here quite often with my boyfriend as we normally have ice cream after dinner and Dairy Queen is our go to for when our freezer is out.
I normally have an okay experience as the staff have been nice, and they still make my favourite for me which is no longer on the menu here (not originally from BC)
But tonight when we went, and got then same order as always…not only did she not flip mine upside down like you are supposed to. But I received ice cream soup…
I mean…still love the ice cream and will most likely return…but now I’m waiting for it to freeze in my freezer to eat it

Waited 20 minutes for the food payed for two burgers only got one 10$ for a burger is unbelievable bad service

Unfortunately this DQ it's the worst unprofessional young people think it's ok to give rotten bananas in the Sundays then when asked to make it a new one the still give the rotten one back.. hiding it with sauce just disgusting 🫣 not happy. I was the only car and had to wait and watch my order sit there for 10 minutes I spent $26. 30 one 🌟 they can do better ..I will not be going back

got a banana split had one single strawberry no strawberry sauce no pineapple sauce and some chocolate sauce gave it to me with no lid at first lol 😝

Ordered a Medium strawberry Sunday through the drive through,it's 7 dollars,half the size it use to be, with a teaspoon of strawberry sauce.Never again will I go there.

Exceptional service by the staff.

They be forgetting my burger in bag sometimes but other than that it’s pretty good.
