Very cheap with the oreo's pieces and one was supposed to be a royal blizzard, it wasn't!

me and my partner come here once and a while and today they gave my partner a peanut in his blizzard, if it wasn’t obvious he’s deathly allergic this kind of laziness and lack of attention to detail is atrocious.

The staff are very kind and attentive to all guests and to each other, they have a good vibe Just wanted to share that as I live in Port Moody and just thought the service was lovely here and you don’t see it all the time

This location has cut out Srs discounts so we go elsewhere. The food is good the deals are good. It is easy access handicap accessible. Service is slow and English is sometimes a problem.

Customer service is atrocious. An employee here ripped off my daughter today. She gave them a coupon for her food which they didn’t apply and charged her full price. When she complained they tried charging her a second time without refunding the first transaction. She was so confused and the employee made her feel like she was the problem.
