Unacceptable Customer Service
I had an extremely disappointing experience with this Dairy Queen location. Due to a glitch in the DQ app, my orders were mistakenly sent to this store instead of my default location. When I realized the mistake, I contacted the store to resolve the issue and requested a refund for the unclaimed orders. Despite being reassured multiple times by Dairy Queen’s corporate team that the franchise owner was contacted, I have yet to hear back from them after three follow-ups over nearly three weeks.
I strongly recommend caution if you choose to order online from this store, as they appear unwilling to assist or resolve customer issues. Don’t say you were not warned!

service not good food is ok!!!?
Placed an order and it came to $30. Gave the guy $40 and he gave me a nickel back and left. Lol. I was dumb enough to stand there in shock for a minute before he left, but once it sunk in I tried to get his attention and was ignored. It’s possible that he was just confused, and then once he left he couldn’t hear me, but now that I’m reading these reviews I honestly don’t buy it. It seems like there’s something sketchy and off about this particular DQ.
Of course I could be wrong, and maybe it’s just that they hire people with special needs, which would actually be pretty cool. However, if that’s the case, there should still be a minimum requirement that the cashier be able to do grade 1 level math.
Word of warning to those who go here: double check your change! Better yet, don’t even go here. I know personally, I won’t be back, and hey, both my wallet and my waistline will only thank me for it.
If I could leave 0 stars I would. Pulled through the drive thru last night and ordered the same exact meal I always order at any other dairy queen. The chicken strip meal deal. And asked to upgrade the dessert to a snack size blizzard. Normally this meal is 13 dollars anywhere else. So I was shocked to hear 18 dollars when I got to the window. I said um no... I always order this exact same meal and it's 13 dollars with the upgrade. The staff said oh we don't do that you have to pay for the blizzard separately. I said you're the only dairy queen around that does this... you can cancel that whole order then. I then proceeded to the other dairy queen in town and low and behold I only paid 13 dollars.... management really needs to train their staff better. Not to mention they are insanely slow at food preparation I had to wait 15 minutes for two cars infront of me to get their food. Seems excessively slow for "fast" food.

Can you explain why when I went here and asked for the 2 for $8 that is still currently on at all locations, the cashier said sorry no it’s 2 for $9?? She was nice, but that was sketchy.

Very disappointed. The staff told me it was ok to eat the pineapple on my banana split even though it tasted fermented. He reassured me it was a fresh batch of pineapple that just arrived and that it was meant to taste a bit sour. I was sick later because of it. The worst part is that it was my birthday and I was looking forward to a treat. Bad customer service or at least poorly trained staff. Will not eat there again. The salads also leave a lot to be desired. Wendy’s salads are better for about the same price or less. Disappointed.
Recently at my local Dairy Queen in poco I asked if whether the pineapple is supposed to taste fermented and they said no. They even gave me a sample. It was sweet and didn’t make my tongue tingle nor was it fizzy like it was releasing gasses nor anything like the one I had in Maple Ridge the previous week.

??i love Going to the dairy queen with my mom and nanny in our blue vehicle
Got more like a milkshake than McFlurry. They remade it for me… the exact same way/milkshake consistency. This is a pic 2 mins after I got it.
Their prices are hidden on their board. The food was cold and gross, I ended up getting a reaction from God knows what and everything was completely over priced for the garbage they served. Will not be returning.

One of the young female staffs are lazy about her work ,she got an absolutely negative working attitude: didn't wanna buzz customers in the restroom, and when I asked free wifi, she could have been more polite, instead she gave me an impaitent look, which dilute my eating experience in this location. Not very happy about this experience.
I love their Oreo ice cream
