“I always order delivery from dominos, so the atmosphere isn't something I can comment on. Their delivery people are amazing and wonderfully friendly, which I appreciate, and their customer service is 5 stars! They're so kind and patient, understanding and offer reassurance while they make sure everything is done right. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate that compared to some companies where customer service either doesn't exist or is like an exercise in trying to see how upset people can get before they give up on trying to solve their problem. I don't know if Domino's is always like this or if I just caught them on the best day ever, but I'm super happy.“
“I have ordered from this 203rd location for so long. Before the change customer service was amazing. After the change it may have take a little bit of time to get to know me. But now that it's been a continuous service, if anything happens with my order or if mistake was made. It was easily fixed with graciousness and great customer service. I appreciate the staff, the new staff at the 203rd location. Thank you“
“Ordered the 6 cheese pizza and added extra mushrooms and it was delicious. Delivery was prompt, friendly and the pizza was like it just rolled out of the oven. Normally for once in awhile I order pizza for the family we order Pizza hut but I will be ordering from Domino's more often when I do order pizza.“
