Today ,i visited the store and its my first time to visit freshi and i don’t know about anything and the employee her name is suman, she help me to choose the food and she suggest me the chipotle chedar bowl and she also suggest me to try smoothie i try strawberry one it was really tasty ??

I had Texas Smokehouse rap with chicken, it has really great taste and lots of vegetables and fiber like corns, rice, avocado, black beans. The size was bigger than I expected so I think It is worth to pay 13dollars for rap. (Somothii is also good!) Though I cannot speak English very well, they were so nice and they help me ordering the food. 5 stars for sure

Unfortunately, this business is overcharging customers for certain items when ordered on delivery apps.
Their Texas SmokeHouse BBQ burrito, can be purchased in store for 13.99 Plus Tax, this includes the protein (steak) as well.
When you order this same burrito on door dash or Uber eats, the Texas smokehouse is listed for $15.99 and as you select it, you are prompted to add your protein as an additional add-on ($5.19 for steak) bringing the total to $21.18. This is not including delivery fee and door dash software fee or tips, those are ofcourse separate. This effectively increase the cost to consumer by 25% while this isn’t something suggested or sanctioned by the franchise head office.
I brought this discrepancy to the attention of store staff on two separate occasions though unfortunately I realized, this seems to be a “mistake” on purpose and they are unjustly over charging customers.
Hope they act with honesty and in good faith and rectify this mistake.

We came in closing time the staff was very good and thr food we got serve was fresh and awesome. We tried there smoothie strawberry banana was really good. Everyone shougo and check them out.

The veggies were nice and fresh, but even after ordering double meat, it was hard to find any chicken in my wrap…also the chicken was just precooked white rubbery strips. Not great value for $18

Usually go there once in a blue moon with no issues at all. Went to grab food at a reasonable time, gave the wrong order. Allergic to tree nuts as well and the wrong order had tree nuts... after consulting about the wrong order, basically got told "that sucks, we're closing." And no refund either.
I don't have the type of money like this to throw away, I thought it would be a nice treat.
Had tropical mango smoothie which was surprisingly good and different, will have it again sometime. And ordered chicken tikka bowl which was just plain rice , veggies and chicken strips..didn't look fresh, not tasty at all..no taste. Smoothies are good here.
