I had kept hearing about how good takoyaki is from Japanese pop culture. However, in every other place that I tried it, I couldn't even finish the first piece. Yuck! I refused to accept the idea that I wouldn't like it. So today I vowed to try takoyaki from every Japanese restaurant in town until I found one that didn't repel me! First stop on this quest, Hako Sushi! The results? う…うまい!! 😧🤤 It was delicious!! Disappointed so many times, yet Hako Sushi pulled through!! ありがとうございます!! Also, the unagi roll is fire!! Loved it!

Since trying Hako about a year ago, I will only eat sushi here now. Their food is simply the best! There is no need to try anywhere else. Super fresh, super delicious, perfect portion sizes. Just excellent all around! My favorite is the Oshi sampler, korokke, salmon flower, and their lunch combos (all are great!).

This is easily one of the best sushi restaurants I’ve ever been to. The fish is fresh, the rolls are full of flavor, and the oshi sushi was especially delicious. The staff were friendly and made the whole experience even better. It was so good, I didn’t even think to take a photo until I was halfway through my meal. I’ll definitely be coming back!
