Absolutely wonderful experience since beginning to end, I had a last minute bakery problem with my last place, H+G bakery was so accommodating and helpful, they let me know right away that they could help, provide and were very transparent about Absolutely everything from cost, to delivery and communication was clear and professional. I can not recommended them enough and the cookies turned out better than I could have imagined, plus they tasted amazing and everyone at my wedding was happy. Thank you again Sarah it was such a joy talking with you I'll be recommending your wonderful bakery to all my friends and family soon to be married 💗

Made my daughter’s first birthday cake - I sent them a pic from Pinterest and they recreated it exactly! It was delicious and gorgeous and I got so many compliments on the cake! Thank you Hansel and Gretel!!

Awesome muffins!

Got my wedding cake from here and it was absolutely divine. Excellent service, devilishly delicious cake (red velvet), and they worked with our short notice/tight schedule. 10/10

This is hands down the best bakery in town. Authentic and utterly delicious. Highly recommend ordering a cake (black forest for my husband's birthday, it was beyond excellent) and their cookies!

They did our wedding cake and it was so tasty! We did the tasting consult first to come up with the perfect combination of cake, icing, and fillings. We ended up renting our cake stand and silverware from them and unfortunately didn’t receive the right order the day of, which wasn’t caught because I sent my mom to pick them up! When we let them know they gave us our deposit back and were so lovely about it. The cake itself was STUNNING and so tasty! They were also able to make us a gluten free cupcake for my bridesmaid with celiac disease. Would gladly go back in the future!

Stopped by around 10 AM and expected freshly baked items got a couple muffins and they were far from fresh tasted quite stale and the cranberry had a sour rotting smell to it when I open the muffin, the fruit was definitely starting to go bad. Not sure how old they were, but they were definitely not made the same day.

Claudia was absolutely lovely to work with to create a beautiful dairy, gluten, nut, and coconut free cake for my mum's birthday last month. It has been a very long time since she could have a birthday cake, let alone a treat that had no consequences! Thank you thank you thank you to the team for such a gift. She still has a couple pieces kept in the freezer for those treat-needing days 😁

Came here on the hunt for Gluten free/dairy free cupcakes, which are hard to find. They had a slection of gluten free and dairy free items so picked two of those instead. I also spotted scones as I havent had one in about 20 years. The person said they just came out of the oven. Great taste and would go back for sure. Just when i received the scone it wasnt fresh from the oven rather cold. So wish there was a way to warm it up, but would recommend this place for sure.

My favourite bakery in Maple Ridge!!! Such an amazing selection of goodies. Their display is so fun for kids… young and old! Everything they make is delicious. Also, they are very accommodating and make amazing cakes to order! Gluten-free as well. On top of all that- they are generous to the community they serve. They have donated many treats to my community events. Highly recommend!!!
