I stopped by to order take out on my way home. The folks at the front counter were very friendly. The food was of excellent quality and the wait wasn't very long.

The food was packaged with care and was stable during the car ride home.

I waited in the restaurant while my food was being prepared and enjoyed the comfortable, quiet atmosphere. If I had more time, It would have been nice to eat in.

However, the location is quite small and wouldn't be a good option for large groups. I could see it being hard to find a seat during the lunch or dinner rush.

This place actually has good service however last few times I have noticed things dropping off with the food preparation. One time previous, my sushi roll order came with no wasabi, and another time in my bento box order, it was a tiny portion of wasabi, I didn't even want to finish my rolls.

We ordered Toro and Salmon Sashimi which was SUPER fresh. The spicy sauce was just right and not too sweet.

Also ordered the Crazy roll and its definitely more crunchier and better than most places in town.

Had a great lunch at this cozy spot in Maple Ridge! I ordered the bento box, spicy salmon sashimi and some appetizers and was impressed with the quality and portion sizes. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a Japanese spot in Maple Ridge!
