Good pizza! I had an issue with skip the dishes totally messing up my order during a delivery and Hellcrust ended up compensating me for a new pizza no charge. Good pizza and good customer service ?

Hellcrust has had a real drop in quality since it opened a few years ago. My most recent order was a delivery which took 90 minutes from ordering on the phone. The original estimate was 35 minutes. I called after 60 minutes to get an update and was told it would arrive within a few minutes, it took 30 more. When the pizza arrived it was luke warm and overall just meh. I would like to see them improve as when they opened the quality was much better and I was happy to recommend them.

I ordered over uber eats so no atmosphere is needed. Food was ok order was wrong for wings and cauliflower. Cauliflower was bbq and not Buffalo like I order, wings were not well done like I order pizza was...let's just say a frozen one would have been better. The whole first experience was not the best and I will not be ordering again. The uber driver did a great job and thanks for the timely service.

The Worst customer service ever. One time she asked me to hurry up with my money when I was paying today. They give me old slice of pizza. Probably 2 hours and then try to tell me that I eat. The pizza late when I was driving. Sure they need to learn a lot how to treat

Terrible restaurant, first time I ordered my food never came, second time I got pasta with plastic baked in it. Don’t ordered from these people.
I did a mistake with my order and one of the staff members (Harsimran ) was very polite and professional with helping me. I am pleased with their customer service , and fast service. I give them a five star.

I guess the black color palette for their branding is also meant to better match the color of the crust? I could forgive a one-off, but I got 8 boxes and the crust is the same.
