My family comes to this place all the time. They live it. I took them to grandville island, and they preferred to have wait to get back to maple ridge to have a bubble tea from Hello Bubble. They have a variety of options that are good for all ages. They are quick to making the drinks, place seems to always be busy.

I got watermelon strawberry, it tasted very yummy. Thank you. People were nice and gave me a stampy card with a stamp. I got a free boba after I filled it up, thanks.

When ordering a drink the workers said they were out of pearls (odd considering it’s a bubble tea shop,m) and then told us if we wanted to wait 10 minutes then we could have our drinks with pearls, no worries we said we’ll wait. After about 35 minutes we are finally given our drinks, they made no effort to let us know that our drinks would be late ( we were waiting in the store the whole time) and simply said thanks for waiting when giving us the drinks. Not trying to get anyone in trouble, but they should have told us the drinks were gonna take longer at any point in the 35 minutes we were waiting and we would have just chosen a different topping.

Some of the best chocolate drinks i have ever tasted! The girl at the counter (christine) was also very pretty and polite (i fell in love). Will definitely be visiting again!
Ultimately, the reason I come here is bc you can add a scoop of protein to your drink, which is great if you're looking to add to a milk tea or slush based sweet drink. The vibe inside is comfortable and has some seating. Staff is always efficient++

Yooo they are so kind and helpful here ♡ they showed me all the ingredients and explained everything ♡ I got a delicious fresh pineapple slush with lychee coconut jelly ♡ it was so needed on this rainy and gloomy day ♡

I've been a few times but finally found a bubble tea I like there and it was really good. It was a passion fruit slushy with popping flavored pearls. Think I will do original pearls next time or both.
The staff are very polite and kind and they make the drinks fast without sacrificing the quality of the drink. I prefer their tapioca pearls compared to Tea one, but overall both are good places for bubble tea.
