When ordering a drink the workers said they were out of pearls (odd considering it’s a bubble tea shop,m) and then told us if we wanted to wait 10 minutes then we could have our drinks with pearls, no worries we said we’ll wait. After about 35 minutes we are finally given our drinks, they made no effort to let us know that our drinks would be late ( we were waiting in the store the whole time) and simply said thanks for waiting when giving us the drinks.
