Spouse ordered chicken pho, I ordered beef stew with rice noodles. Both of our noodles were stale tasting, soups tasted ok, stewed beef was chewy, chicken was dry, fried wanton was a little soft but tasted ok. Waited 15min. To order, asked for chilli oil but server forgot. Never was asked to refill water.

Friendly service, good prices and tasty food make this a highly recommended place for Vietnamese food in Maple Ridge. The Bánh mì sub is an amazing value with a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture filled with your choice of chicken, grilled pork, pork & Vietnamese ham or omelette (fried eggs) for less than $7.

All my friends and I love it here! Staff is super friendly, very fast, and easily the best pho around. I’ve not been able to find a place that’s better.

Honestly, I’m not coming here anymore-
The customer service was completely horrible today. I know she’s just a young girl, but to be honest don’t serve people if you can’t deal with them.
Today there was hair in my soup, which is fine. They brought me out another one.
I always order a side of “ Steamed white rice”
Literally just a bowl of rice/ 80% of their menu is rice … RICE!
I find myself having to repeat it several times and today she didn’t even bother bringing it with my soup
I didn’t get a welcome or a hello. I didn’t get a thank you- It was a completely rude experience
I literally felt so awkward-
Sorry guys, but you lost a long time customer
I won’t be returning

The broth healed my soul with each sip. 10/10

Came for lunch just now. I couldn't even finish half of it, the house special pho was disgusting. Broth had zero flavor, the noodles tasted completely bland and had a weird chemical taste, and the beef tasted like it was past its expiry date. I paid and left after eating like 10 bites then I couldn't take it anymore. Went elsewhere for lunch after.

Ordered take out.. proces for serving was not good..didn't come with any sprouts.. cilantro or lime or jalapeño. Forst and last time going here..also my normal pho places inclide a spring roll this had to pay separate and eas so tiny! Paid like 25$ for not good food and not pleasant experience or satisfying food.. the pork wasn't bbq and flavorful..was like a pressed patty sliced..was bizarre

Ordered a house special pho. The broth doesn’t taste much better than bone broth from a supermarket, meat portions are less than other restaurants within a ten minute drive, they give lemon instead of lime which shows they’ll cut corners. It’s still Pho but I won’t be coming here again.

The food is good. The veg broth is super bland and flavorless but hoisin saves it, making it edible. It was disturbing to watch the girl restocking the table cutlery jars by touching all the parts that go in your mouth, though.

Always wonderful service and usually pretty quick. Food is consistent so you always know what you are getting. My only complaint is they dont have crushed peanuts (just a peanut sauce). I love peanuts on top of my vermicelli plate, which is my standard go-to and always super yummy. But the pho is good, the wonton soup is also good and their fried foods (wings and fried wontons specifically) are delicious.
