Hot Pho Restaurant

My daughter went on a school field trip today and was very hungry after. We decided to try this restaurant since it's pretty close from the school.

We are welcomed by Mr. Saagar and he assisted us to our table. The moment we seated i realized that I didn't brought my wallet to pay. So I told one of the worker that we need to leave since I don't have cash or my ccard with me.

We're stopped by Mr. Saagar and told me that we can still eat and just come back tomorrow to pay. I was so surprised because he was empathetic, kind and trusting.

While ordering I realized I can etransfer my payment instead, which he approves.

This is a proof that good people still exist. Thank you so much again Mr. Saagar.

First and definitely not the last. We will visit again soon.

Incredibly disappointing. We moved to MR this year and were on the hunt for a good spot for Pho & Lemongrass chicken. The only real way my vietnamese wife and I can describe the food from here is lazy & disappointing. Very little flavor, thrown together without much care. We only ate the food because we had paid for it and don't like to waste, but we won't be ordering here again!

I got an upset stomach after eating the Pho with beef balls. The noodles and soup base were spiceless, overall dissapointing.

service here is terrible
me and my girlfriend were waiting for 1 whole hour for our food while 3 tables that were there before us, were served before us.
when she came back, she wrote our order down wrong. that really sucks, unfortunately not coming back

I don't know, is it common to clean the premises in front of dining people? Hours before you're closing? A cook, sitting in the heart of the restaurant on his phone? We didn't feel welcomed. Pho soup was only average but we were very hungry, so it was okay.

Spouse ordered chicken pho, I ordered beef stew with rice noodles. Both of our noodles were stale tasting, soups tasted ok, stewed beef was chewy, chicken was dry, fried wanton was a little soft but tasted ok. Waited 15min. To order, asked for chilli oil but server forgot. Never was asked to refill water.

Friendly service, good prices and tasty food make this a highly recommended place for Vietnamese food in Maple Ridge. The Bánh mì sub is an amazing value with a short baguette with a thin, crisp crust and a soft, airy texture filled with your choice of chicken, grilled pork, pork & Vietnamese ham or omelette (fried eggs) for less than $7.

Honestly, I’m not coming here anymore-
The customer service was completely horrible today. I know she’s just a young girl, but to be honest don’t serve people if you can’t deal with them.
Today there was hair in my soup, which is fine. They brought me out another one.
I always order a side of “ Steamed white rice”
Literally just a bowl of rice/ 80% of their menu is rice … RICE!
I find myself having to repeat it several times and today she didn’t even bother bringing it with my soup
I didn’t get a welcome or a hello. I didn’t get a thank you- It was a completely rude experience
I literally felt so awkward-
Sorry guys, but you lost a long time customer
I won’t be returning
