The best take out Pizza and Baked Pasta I have had in many years. This was my first time ordering from Jim's as my neighbor recommended them to me today. The service was above par. The food was cooked properly, hot and flavorful. Pizza crust was delicious & fresh and supported an ample layer of toppings & cheese. Real Pepperoni was spicy & higher standard. The baked pasta was cooked like I would cook it at home and the meat sauce was seasoned with just enough heat on the tongue. Everything was Excellent. This is now my go to in Maple Ridge for Italian Take Out food.

Best pizza in Maple Ridge! You pay a little more, but you get what you pay for. Loaded with toppings, lots of cheese, and the cheese is on top the way a pizza should be. Highly recommend!!

Probably the worst customer service in Maple Ridge, mistakes happen with misreading bills in the kitchen but how it's handled after shows the true nature of the staff and owners. After calling within 5 minutes of leaving the store to let them know of a major error on our pizza and that we picked at it to ensure we were right with the mistake and checking the bill it was definitely not what we ordered compared to the bill. We called and we're informed they wanted the pizza back, we found this odd but we didn't want it anyways. We were then told since we picked at it they would only offer a discou t on a remake and not just fix their cooks error. We ordered a half Hawaiian and half pepperoni and got a pepperoni pineapple pizza instead. I've never heard of the business practice of charging a customer to remake their kitchens mistake. I have the full exchange on video incase this business wants to discredit me in anyway or does not want to take ownership of this horrible business practice. I'll leave this in their hands but the have lost my family's business after 30 years. The old owner never would have allowed this poor customer service and it's sad to see this place run like it is. We will never return. Their current star rating is higher then it should be and will continue to drop. Video will be upload to all the neighborhood Facebook groups to help others not deal with their shady business practices. I really do hope they seek a consultant to fix this place, training in customer relations is much needed, instead they like to argue and say nothing has changed in 40 years.

We ordered a large half ham and pineapple and half pepperoni pizza to go and when we got home we noticed it was all pineapple and pepperoni mixed together and no ham. I was starving so I took a bite of the crust and my finance called them to explain our situation. They said they wanted the pizza back and that they can give us a discount on a new pizza and would not make us a new one for free since my fiance said I already picked at it. We were both extremely upset as this is not what you do when YOU make a mistake with a customers food order. My fiancé went in and gave them the pizza back and asked for a refund, which we got but it was EXTREMELY disappointing the way they handled things. We stopped coming here because the pizza quality wasn’t the same as it once was but I wanted to give them a try again since it had been a long time. Needless to say, we will never come here again and we will let our friends and family know as well.

Had this pizza for the first time since moving to Maple Ridge soo good my fav, lots of toppings not super greasy. A little pricey but worth it for good food. Friendly staff ordered online for pickup and was ready as scheduled. So good we will be back
