Previously went here for dim sum. It was delicious. Today we went for dinner and the portions were big, the food is made fresh and the family who runs it are very kind. We left happy and full. Thank you Kitchen on the Ridge!
They are under New Management and I am impressed! I've tried nearly every Chinese Restaurant in Mission & Maple Ridge and haven't found one that impressed me until today.
The dishes were properly flavoured without being overly salty. Nothing was over-cooked even though I had a 30 minute drive home. The servings were generous, even overflowing from their containers.
Well done! I have noticed that they also have Dim Sum on weekends from noon-2 pm and look forward...
This place was bussin: the fish and noodles dish was amazing beef and broccoli was bussin and the chicken chow main was chow town for sure. 5 out of 5 would recommend this place, put some pork on your fork ya stork
