Every Mary Browns I have been to has rich thick dark gravy! Its what they are known for. Every other one in the lower mainland has it but this one place in Maple Ridge does not. Its like water. They used to have the good gravy but its changed. Other locations are fine but this one has terrible gravy. Ive asked them about it and they shrug their shoulders. Its like they water it down to make more. Please bring back the good gravy!!

I ordered their big Mary chicken sandwich combo and the sandwich smelled like fish. An overwhelming fishy smell. Couldn’t even finish it. Complete waste of money, never buying from here again.

Very disappointed ordered a regular chicken sandwich about 2 - 3 weeks ago and when I got home they had given me the spicy chicken sandwich which I could not eat. I phoned and the employee tolde no problem next time I ordered I would get a free sandwich. Well I just phoned to get my free sandwich and the employee tolde there was nothing written down so I was S.O.L. well that's a great way to lose my business and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to go there. And I know a lot of people.

Went in for take out. Forgot half my order, so I went back to get the rest. Then drove home and realized that non of my sauces are in the bag. Maybe the guy taking orders at the front shouldn’t be wearing headphones while working and should pay attention. This is the 2nd time it’s happened with same guy.

Should change the MR location name to Mary Brown people. I’ve gone in twice and both times all the staff were East Indians Speaking Punjab. Both times I was not acknowledge and I walked out. Not gonna try a third time thanks.
Popped in tonight for a small snack and decided the wings looked a treat. After being greeted with a warm smile, I got into a short discussion about the different wing flavours on offer. The nice young lady said her favourite was definitely the new “Swicy” one - a cross between sweet and spicy. She was right; the wings with that sauce were delicious.
Great service, lovely, very clean restaurant and no annoying germ-ridden key attached to a shoe-horn needed to use their very clean washrooms.
Will go back for more for sure. Great place for a quick snack.

Hands down, some of the best food I’ve had recently! They use the freshest ingredients and make sure each dish is done the right way. The tenders was especially memorable. Must try! Soni is very kind, absolute gentleman and really kind, gave me the best customer service, highly recommended coming here!

Pleasant experience at this Mary Brown’s location, customer service was great! Our favs were the chicken pop-ins and the k-crunch burger. The chicken was juicy and fresh, cannot wait to come back and try the other items on the menu.
