Just picked up a happy meals, one was missing sauce and instead of 4 they putted 2 chicken nuggets. Always check what they putting in the boxes. I will now check every box.

Order a wrap, nuggets, and large coke. I get the wrap and nuggets then say I never ordered a coke, put in fries I never asked for, and just for the final insult they put a straw in the bag. I asked about the coke and was told to go through again at additional charge if I wanted the coke I asked for. Am I speaking gibberish here, or are you guys plain stupid?

I’m a DoorDash driver, and I had a really bad experience at this McDonald’s location. One of the employees, Mathew (2nd Assistant), was extremely rude and unprofessional. While I was there to pick up an order, he told me, “I have blocked you from the system and don’t come here again.” I’ve always been respectful and just try to do my job, so being spoken to like that was completely unnecessary. Delivery drivers help keep business flowing, and we deserve to be treated with basic respect. Hopefully management takes this seriously and makes sure it doesn’t happen to other drivers.

The staff was short with me In the drive through, just followed threw with the processes, no thank you or have a nice day. Next window I saw staff wearing hoodies and multiple people on cell phones and then handling food. Food came fast but it was cause it was old food. Fries ice cold, the bottom bun on my fillet o fish was rock hard and burger was cold. Not to mention everything is so small. McDonalds isn't worth the stop anymore. Better off to go to Wendy's, A&W or Burger King instead.

I Will never go back ... I had nothing but issues with the same cashier on several different times I have bin there . She can't understand the order you have given her...you have to tell her over and over , and then she still gets it rong unbelievable put someone on the till that can actually do there job.and or speak and understand fluent English.

Our family comes with the coupon book, we have 4 people and want to use 3 coupons, however the staff said we can only use one for all 4 people together. That’s totally against the coupon description. It says per customer per visit. Really under training and not respectful.

The gentleman running the pick up window right now has exceptional customer service. He appears very intelligent, quick-witted and very efficient. This all coming from someone who used to own restaurants! He's a very valuable employee, have him train others and give the man a raise! Thanks for being great at what you do.

Ordered burger no onions. Served a burger with. Had to drive back and they simply scraped rhe onions off burger and tried to re serve it to me.
I have food allergies. They are incompetent.
