This place used to be very clean, but now for some reason no one cleans it. There's trash everywhere, and people have even urinated on the benches without cleaning it up. The restaurant is so dirty that I'm considering whether to go there again.

This is a real special place. Both staff and management are amazing people ! Everything is kept clean and warm and power available. Even USB power ( which saved my bacon once as I lost my charging block ) Only thing better than the great staff, great music, great atmosphere, is the great food ! Highly recommend for all ages and type of people :) Keep up the good work my friends ;)

Some staff are absolutely fantastic, and others just don’t care. Not sure why it’s often a long wait in drive thru, but it is what it is.

Ordered through the drive-through and they completely botched my order. They half fixed it after a refund and charging me again but after I went home I was still missing items. My fault for not noticing the missing items I guess, but whoever is taking orders on drive-through needs to be fired and the managers need better training on resolving issues. Make sure you double check orders when leaving this establishment, they make many mistakes at this location.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS Gave my whole family awful food poisoning (we felt sick immediately after eating so yes, we know it's from here). This location has been shut down for Health code issues previously and obviously the issue still persists. When they're not making people sick they are incredibly slow to get food out and are consistently running out of items

I made a basic order for two in the app and patiently waited over 25 minutes to have it handed to me. When I opened it in the car as we were driving away, it was cold, missing part of the order, and insed of a hot chocolate I had been given just warm milk. I'll choose a different location in the future.

I don't know what's wrong with this location and service, to come here 3 times at different times and and asked for a simple order just to give the benefit of doubts but every time delivered disappointment. The coffee taste like water and cream, it's disgusting, the bagel either slaps a dip of cream cheese in the hole or tap a disappointment on one of the corners. Ugh there is no negative star or zero stars so upset.
