The service is ok and they tend to get the order right most of the time. However this place is almost always filthy and it seems no one cleans up anything. Stayed there for almost an hour and no one touched the dirty floors or disgusting sticky tables.

There always more worried about the drive through people then the customers in the building.. always a wait for so called fast food??? And the bureges have dropped in size and price is way through the roof!!!! Can't even feed my family way cheaper to go to white spot!!!!!

This McDonald's just randomly closes and puts milk crates in the driveway. I've tried to go more than once, months apart, and they're just closed at lunch time.
Go somewhere else. Management here needs to get it together.

I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the behavior I encountered during my recent visit to your location. I was shocked and upset by the rude and unprofessional conduct of your staff.
When I attempted to place my order, the staff member was not only uncooperative but also dismissive of my concerns. It felt like my questions and requests were ignored, and instead of receiving assistance, I was met with a tone that was both condescending and unhelpful. It was clear that my attempt to explain my order or ask for clarification was unwelcome.
At no point did I feel like my issue was being listened to, nor did I receive any effort from the staff to resolve my problem. As a paying customer, I expect a certain level of respect and courtesy, neither of which were extended during my visit.
I hope you can address these issues with your team so that future customers do not have to experience the same frustrating and unpleasant service. Timing of this kind of behaviour was 1:40 am and she also shut the door on my face. I am say that I am not serving to you so that’s very rude behaviour to customer

Everytime I go there, something is off with the Drive Thru. List of offences: Forgot burger No more monopoly sticker No more Coke Zero Forgot chicken nuggets sauce Wrong burger Did not remove Onions in a plain cheeseburger... Stale bread Last but not the least overcooked chicken nuggets taste so bad...
It's sad because this location is convenient for me... Too bad across the street there is an A&W that actually rocks...

I only like this McDonald’s location because of the play area and the fact it’s in a beautiful city, but the McDonald’s is an atrocity because it’s filled with screaming kids and the local homeless man keeps drinking all of the ice cream from the ice cream machine meaning the customers get literally nothing, an employee screamed at me because I brought a bathtub into the store and I ordered 265 20 piece chicken nuggets so they would fit in there, I paid them $836 and they refused and filled my bathtub with cooking oil and threw me in it
