If you don’t have enough staff or you aren’t willing to run orders out, then turn off your curb side pick up. This is the third time in the past two weeks that I’ve had to go in to collect my curb side order. I get a notification saying thanks for your order and the order never arrives. This needs to be addressed.

The late night crew of this mcdonalds is absolutely the worst out there so slow, no care for customers. Stand around and stare at their phones or just talk to each other no hustle or care about people's time. Drive to the other mcdonalds on 228th at least the staff there cares and gets you through quickly late at night

Place says it's 24 hrs for the drive though and working nights it's one of the only options yet they always say they can't sell anything after 3 am even though it's 230am they refuse to serve customers. One of the worst service locations I have been to

Absolutely appalling and despicable service and food. My mcchicken meal was cold , stale and gross! I didn't e en get my fries cus I mistakenly ordered through skipthedishes. My sweet chilli mcwrap was burnt chicken and cold and just looked like pigs slop and wasn't even rolled like a wrap should be. It was just thrown into the paper and there was two burnt pieces of chicken and okay it was a big chicken nugget that was just cut in half and burnt and then a few shreds of lettuce were thrown in there. I would like a full refund back and skip said I have to contact the restaurant?! What a joke! No wonder you guys have 2* it clearly shows!!

Was inquiring a staff if I could purchase a kids toy without the meal. The staff happily said yes and then the manager swooped in and said absolutely no. Fine with me. And then I started observing this manager micro-managing his entire crew....which caused his staffs not knowing what they each were supposed to do. Zero organization. Same disorganization reflected in the environment too: all the chairs, tables were dirty with food debris, fountain drink dispenser dirty and sticky, garbage can overflown. I really hope higher management will audit this branch, judging from multiple reviews of food subpar too....
Restaurant was filthy, floors, no.clean tables, doors for inside and out were beyond filthy, extremely hot, no air conditioning and staff that don't care. Drive Theu was a priority.
