*Update to my review that I wrote 5 years ago.... Yep still 1 star (because we can't put 0). I rarely go but decided to get 2 McFlurries the other night, and it was over 30 minutes in the drive through. I don't want ice cream soup. Anyways, save the trouble. This location can't get it together.
Horrible McDonalds. THE WORST. Never had an issue at any McDonalds other than this one. Employees are awful and rude. Its dirty, very unsanitary and the people are the rudest people I've ever seen. I'm scared to go back due to the attitudes of these employees

This place is ridiculous I arrived in the drive through at around 10:30pm not busy for the most part I only order a sprite. A SINGLE SPRITE. I was sitting in the drive thru at the window untill 10:45 before anyone spoke a word to me. The girl working avoided eye contacts at all costs and still after almost 20 minutes of waiting said I had to pay for my sprite. 20 minutes? Are we kidding. This is insane I wouldn’t bother wasting your money here.

November 14th 5:30am. Wow, all I wanted was a BLT no cheese no egg. I expressed that, and when I drove away, realized I had both on my sandwich, their cheese always makes me sick so I can’t eat. I went back through, the lady who took the order was lovely but I don’t think the kitchen listened at all, I saw her modifications on the screen were correct. I got a new sandwich and this time there was only lettuce and bacon on it. So I drove back through, and the lady that gave me the food said they were out of tomatoes… I was surprised that that wouldn’t have been mentioned since it’s a pretty big part of a BLT. Honestly, I don’t even think it was true I believe she just wanted to get rid of me at that point. Anyways, she gave me a refund- for the egg BLT. So I made a dollar for wasting half an hour of my time. The times they’ve actually got it right here my BLT has been burnt or soggy. I won’t even bother with the manager because they will probably replace them when they realize business is down 1000% percent due to lack of consistency. I worked at McDonald’s for four years and this place is a joke, my boss would have scalped us if we ran the place like that. Like I said, the lady who took my order was great, so there are some good staff members but it sounds like they are promoting the wrong ones…

Don't give doordash orders in the drive thru, why can't you give the food if someone is already in the drive thru and definitely you can... It isn't gonna cause any disturbance or more work and never seen this on any other macd. Shi lt place

No matter what time of day you come to Thai McDonalds you will wait at the very least 20 mins in the drive thru, two cars pulled into and empty drivethur at 10:06 and at 10:24 they finally took my order and said they are under staffed,,, it’s a joke
It says 24 hours, yet they say we are closed at 4 am. Come on. I just need a coffee

The WORST 30 min wait for cold fries and watered down coke. Picked up my kid from a Halloween party and she asked for late night cheeseburger. 30 min wait for the worker to be rude as hell. Cold wilty fries and coke that had no coke to it. Basically water.
