The last two times I have order from here the order has either been wrong or missing items, and when I ordered the second time it was missing a drink and one of the drinks was completely emptied into the drink bag, so far I got no good things to say about this establishment.

Today November 5, 2025. My son walked into the restaurant around 12:30pm and asked to speak to the manager. This lady was so incredibly rude… my son skip order was incorrect, so we came to replace it.
Did we get it replaced, nope.

Every time I order from this location, no matter how busy they are, the order takes way more time than it should. Every time, without fail. They also screw up on special orders often enough that I feel the need to double check their work. And tell me why the manager stood around for more than 5 minutes doing absolutely nothing while I waited at the counter for a coffee.

This location is garbage, possible the worst I've ever been at.

We waited 20 minutes for our food, ended up getting a refund from the manager who did not even apologize and gave me the wrong change. Extremely unprofessional, especially considering it wasn't busy in the store whatsoever.

I’ve worked for McDonald’s for three years and have never experienced such terrible customer service. I waited in the drive thru for 10 minutes for my order to not be taken and when I said hello into the speaker they said ā€œgive me a minuteā€. Will not be returning to this location

Not sure what's up with this location, but staff here routinely don't seem to know their own menu. I've been told on separate occasions that they discontinued the cold brew (which is wrong), and now they say they don't have a hot chai latte despite other staff having said it was an option. Best to keep your order here dead simple, otherwise go to another location with better trained staff.

I work at another location in maple ridge and am eligible for the 50% discount. But I was refused it at this location. Ok showing my schedule and platinum card I was ignored and left at the register to pay. Every other location in maple ridge has no problem applying to discount to employees but this one. Awful service and manager was extremely rude about the whole situation.
