Absolutely horrible service. I went through the drive-through at about 11 PM last week on a weeknight and it took over 20 minutes to get my order when there was three people standing there including a manager, watching the guy make the food alone on the main line with no cars in front of me and only one family inside waiting on an order, that is absolutely pathetic. I worked in the industry for 15 years and would never go back to this establishment as there seems to be a problem every single time.

The Fries, Chicken Nuggets and Sandwiches were cold. We ordered to go but ate in the restaurant but the food was cold. The cheese on my McDouble didn’t even melt. The fries were cold. Everything was cold. Not even worth it come here anymore. They have kids working but they’re just standing around listening to music on their own personal speaker. I’m disappointed ? Ordered three milkshakes, two shamrock and one vanilla. Called to tell them we were given chocolate instead of vanilla, and was told my the woman who answered the phone that I was wrong and that she gave me two shamrocks. I told her we ordered three and that we did receive two shamrock shakes, but we were given chocolate instead of vanilla for the third shake. She told us we are wrong and that she did the order herself. I have a picture of the chocolate shake. Don’t go here.

The $4:00 mc muffin & small coffee isn’t true at this McDonald’s, they have the sign up saying its $4:00 For a mc’muffin & small coffee. But they charge you the full price on it. I asked about the $4:00 deal the girl didn’t have a answer, she said that’s the price. $5:66 was the price $4:00 for the mc’muffin $1:39 small coffee plus tax =$5:66

This McDonald's has been screwing up a lot of orders lately by putting in the wrong ingredients or in some rare cases entirely wrong food. And by the time the food arrives, it's often cold and the fries are soggy and gross-smelling.

I normally don’t write reviews but wow todays experience takes the cake.Today we tried to do a random act of kindness and a young boy with a shrimp wiener decided to interrupt in the intercom system to say “absolutely 100% you are not paying for that persons order” … why? Zero explanation, he than said we are being rude to him? And it’s almost as if that was his reasoning for declining our random act of kindness.Anyways, hire new staff than can deliver a reasonably decent experience. If you can’t work at McDonald’s it clearly shows where this young man is going in life. No where. Have fun working at McDonald’s flipping patties for the rest of your life you poor pathetic soul.

Id love to give zero stars.I’ve been trapped in the drive thru lane for 15 minutes so far and he line hasn’t moved. Apparently they were having trouble with the signs and had to stop serving but they did manage to accommodate the delivery orders.To make it even worse when I finally got to the order screen they’d stopped serving breakfast.The kid at the cash window was so incredibly snarky his exact words were “ yeah, it sucks. We can’t go back in time and change it” Admittedly I was irritated already but after my interaction with him I was downright furious.Drove away and didn’t even pay for or take my order.I will definitely be contacting head office tomorrow morning.
