I was here for coffee at 2.44 am ,I been drive thru and Guy said restaurant is closed.i didn't understand why?
The guy in turban was inside standing .
If restaurant is 24 hours open why it's closed or staff making their own rules and staff doesn't feel working by that time .
Staff need money and hours but they dont wanna work and they make their own rules and rude with coustmers.....why?
If you ask for a bag you are asked to pay 25 cents. Normally workers will do the correct thing and not charge for bags. That did not happen on my last visit. I had to pay 25 cents then bag my own food. If i pay 25 cents should atleast bag the food for me. Will not be returning, would not and have not been treated this way at subway, tim hortons, wendys. Very bad expirience all around.

These employees are super rude working drive through!, after messing up a simple order, they have attitude lol train your staff better!

They always made mistakes. I ordered double burger and they only give me single. The lady who seems like a manager is very rude.

I ordered 3 cheeseburgers with no pickles, luckily we were eating in and didn’t take them home.
When I complained they said sorry we’ll get you some new ones. They then removed the pickles, probably by hand and gave them back to me.
Then when I complained they giggled and found it amusing. The Manager did nothing to compensate me nor said anything to the staff, except they all had a giggle about it.
This is not the service you would expect from such a large food chain.
Service here is deteriorating week by week. We started coming here because of another store in Maple Ridge 227, which was closed down because of a rat problem.

Breakfast for 2 b4 11am, 2 sandwiches after 11am, free wifi, free AC power to charge your phone. Nice servers and good foods. At Golden Ears park.

Worst service Possible I can’t believe how long we have to wait for food in the drive-through
My husband and I went here yesterday into an empty restaurant. He ordered a coffee and I ordered a wrap. He waited 20 minutes for his coffee and my wrap took 1/2 an hour. Another lady came in from the parking lot to cancel her wrap that she'd been waiting for over 20 minutes for. Can't trust such incompetent staff, so my dog got my wrap when I got home. Won't be back.
