My husband and I went here yesterday into an empty restaurant. He ordered a coffee and I ordered a wrap. He waited 20 minutes for his coffee and my wrap took 1/2 an hour. Another lady came in from the parking lot to cancel her wrap that she'd been waiting for over 20 minutes for. Can't trust such incompetent staff, so my dog got my wrap when I got home. Won't be back.

The coffee had no flavour, half full, and the mcflurry was also half full. Avoid this place, it's not your normal McDonald's. A hang out for loud, swearing kids...

One of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to. Staff are so friendly and welcoming. Food is fresh and so tasty. This is one of the most well run restaurants and I applaud all the staff!

The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered junior chicken with fries and poutine. After some wait I got the order but the fries were missing. I went back in the line to get it and pull the bag out while saying that I didn’t get my fries. The lady at the counter asked what size and closed the window right on my face, didn’t even say sorry or anything and then send another employee with fries. When I said her that I wanna talk to the manager about her behaviour I was told she is the manager, Simran. I was like wowww if the manager herself is treating their customers like this than what can we expect from the employees? What are they supposed to learn from her? Moreover she seemed to be yelling on her colleagues earlier. I honestly would never go to this location.

Refused Service for Being on a Motorcycle – Disappointed
I pulled into the McDonald’s drive-thru on my motorcycle to grab dinner, but was told they wouldn’t serve me due to “safety concerns.” Fair enough—so I parked and went inside to order instead. As I walked in, I saw the manager waiting like they were ready for a confrontation. That alone was enough—I turned around and walked out. I wasn’t ordering drinks, just food to pack in my motorcycle bag (which I do all the time without issue). There were no signs saying motorcycles can’t use the drive-thru.
Ridiculous experience. I went to Subway next door and had no problem. McDonald’s lost my business that night—and probably for good.

Ordered a double quarter pounder with cheese, with extra leaf lettuce, once I get home I find it has a single patty, and the lettuce was this shriveled up blackened little thing, was like a 4 minute drive so the lettuce was just thrown in like that, last time I’ll be coming here, even other lower rated McDonald’s have been better than here (oh and yeah service sucked)

Had an amazing time here. All thanks to one worker, Ethan. He made sure we were well taken care of and was hard at work the whole time. Give Ethan a raise please he deserves better
