it’s been a good experience, i have seen this hard working girl, victoria, who doesn’t waste a moment of time providing her best service for customers and stays on top of the cleanliness in the atmosphere. best employee and always trying her hardest especially when it’s come down to her customers. along with the good managers in general, they’ve taught their employees well in treating their customers. she’s the perfect role model and their foods also pretty great!( i suggest their sweet chilli wraps)

After multiple incidents, I am writing this review about the white teenage girl who works at this McDonald’s, she is always really rude to me, She told me wait at the spot, after waiting for more than 20 minutes, I pulled back to the driveway. There was no car and my order was Already prepared, but she didn’t came out to give it to me on The spot she told me to wait. I’m not sure that this kind of customer service is the benchmark of McDonald’s.

Got drive through in Maple Ridge, BC 2 #1 BIG Mac Meals (no upgrades) $25!! I normally pay $16 for this same order in the Cariboo

Never using this location ordered in drive through on my way to work at 432am only car and order they parked me for 18 minutes waiting on hashbrowns not 1 other car came through the entire time what a joke almost 20 minutes for 1 hash brown owners need to get on their staff

Worse McDonald's ever. We went thru the drivethru and the cashier dumped hot coffee on my husband's arm. It spilled down the inside of our car. She hadn't attached the lid properly so it just dumped when she passed it causing him severe burns and staining my car seat and door.
When we opened the bag there was no straw for my milkshake and the hash browns we ordered were French fries. My husband was also missing something from his meal. How many things can you possibly get wrong in one order?
