Ordered Mona's pizza on June 8th - vegetarian pizza for delivery. We had to reorder it based on it wasn't advertised as it was. They redelivered a veggie pizza and it was mehhh. Not enough sauce and too much spinach.

Love the food and the owners are great as well

TLDR; Good pizza, awful website. Don't use online, just phone and save yourself the frustration.
1. Clicking 'order online' immediately brings you to veggie pizza and I had to click 'cart' then back to 'continue shopping' to get the whole menu.
2. Hard to tell if you've chosen 'pickup' or 'delivery' option.
3. Asks for billing address but not delivery address if different.
4. If doing delivery does not quote time before placing order

Recently, we got a chance to try this hidden gem of maple ridge. My friend was recommending big Brand name like Pizza Hut, domino, Panago but I don't know why I choose this store for our special dinner party. we placed a Quite big order. it was Game day n they were super Busy. We ordered a lots of different items almost all items. At the time of picking up the order, we felt some thing extra which makes them different from other pizzas store. we noticed that they have a huge variety of pizzas, drinks & they told us that they are serving keto crust, gluten free crust, vegan cheese, plant based pepperoni etc. Amazing everything at one place. they Gave us few complimentary drinks. which was interesting, who don't like free Stuffs. Store was Super clean, staff was very helping but still we were not sure about the taste of food because it was our first order so we all were very excited. we came back to the hotel & we start to try every item & we were speechless, all items were made with fresh & proper balanced ingredients n sauce. Pizzas & chicken wings were Awesome. it was so delicious that after finish it my friend order some food again. everyone enjoyed a lot at that day. Everyone were appreciating my suggestion & we are waiting that when we can go there for have this food again. Everyone should try this small n locally family owned business. Highly recommend.

I ordered butter paneer and butter chicken pizzas, but both had an unpleasant smell and the crust tasted stale. I cannot recommend this pizza place.

Just ordered from here. Pizza was bla and barely any toppings. Got a 2 large pizzas a meat lovers with jalapeño and I did a 50 50. Half taco half cheese burger. All were lacking in the meat especially the taco. Took off the lettuce and tomato and there was barley any meat or cheese. Also had wings. They were ok. For over 80 dollars this was not worth it ? will not be ordering from here again

Mona Pizza has by far the best vegan pizza in Maple Ridge or maybe the whole GVRD. My son has dietary restrictions due to allergies and have tried many different restaurants and store bought pizzas and could not find one that he liked. He loves Mona Pizza and asks for it whenever its family Pizza Night. Please keep up the good work, we are customers for life.

PS - we love that they have Jarritos too! :)

The dedication of this restaurant to serve customer is unmatched. Perfect taste combination and accurate delivery timing is what has made me regular customer of Mona Pizza. I prefer to call their cook pizza artist as they always amaze me with the freshness and flavours.

I feel this owner goes way out of his way to please the customer. I haven’t been eating a lot of pizza lately, but decided today was the day, I ordered one large pizza, only like $23 worth. And selected to pick it up at 12:00-12:30 pm, not realizing they didn’t open until 3:00pm. When I arrived to pick up the order the sign said open, but I noticed the business hours were 3:00-11:00pm. When I walked in the owner said he saw the order and drove straight to the store to make the pizza. I felt super bad for unconvincing him on his time off, but was super happy to have the pizza. And the pizza was amazing, I will definitely be ordering again very soon.
