Place is very dirty and falling apart. Ordered gelato and latte/macchiato and they both tasted like watered down milk. Gelato was ok. Wont be going back.

Hallowe'en 2023. Free Gelato to all children!!!! The line up was several blocks long, understandly. So naturally we chose to go for High Tea! The near pandemonium of 5,000 sugar-crazed youngsters did NOT affect the normally excellent service! Superb! The Floor Show was an added bonus. HAPPY HALLOWEEN & A SAFE SAMHAIN TO YE! ☆☆☆☆☆☆

Thank you Jacob!So we came in for coffee and ice cream, 5 of us: two adults and 3 kids, without proper thinking of what we want. Jacob was veeeeerrryy patient and kind and waited and asked questions and did a great job on kid's icecream and our coffee:) Well done, dude! Definately will recommend this place to all not to mention renovations are amazing here! Very beautiful place to enjoy. Thank you, guys!

Got combo for 4. Food was not fresh. Wilted salad with a rotten taste. Cold lobster that was grey colored and overly salty. Dried pieces of orange that indicates pre-cut and sitting out too long. Turkey slices were processed meat.The ambiance needs lots of improvements too. Broken decors, odd combo beach, ornate, disco themes Feel dizzy with all the messiness. Was not pleasant. Won't return.

This place is spectacular, the gelatos are so good and the service is exceptional! Juan went out of his way to make visit here memorable. He is very knowledgeable about the flavours and very courteous. We will definitely be coming back. :)
