Worst chicken alfredo fettuccine I’ve ever tasted. Placed an order through doordash. The sauce was barely there and too salty. Not even 5 pieces of chicken in the whole pack. The garlic bread was basically just dry white bread.

Would have been five stars across the board but there was a strange odor in the restaurant when you first walked kind of a mustiness.

I ordered take out lasagna. I asked for extra cheese. When I went to pick it up I noticed the bill didn’t say extra cheese. When I asked her she said they already put so much cheese on that I don’t need extra. Well I got it home and there was hardly any cheese on it at all. Not even the normal amount. And it doesn’t come with garlic toast either. I won’t return here again

Went tonight for dinner. Made reservations 1 week ago for 5:30pm. The restaurant was barely half full but we waited 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive! We were not happy. Waitress explained there were lots of pick up orders, but I feel like the diners in person should be served first. Very cold inside also. And the blackened chicken wasn't as good as usual. They were out of ribs, which was another dissapointment. We were here last month for another dinner and had a much more pleasant time. Unfortunately not very nice tonight.

I’ve been to this restaurant a couple of times before and enjoyed it, but our most recent visit was really disappointing and upsetting. We had a reservation for 7:30 PM but didn’t receive our food until 9 PM. We did ask a few times when it would be ready, but none of the staff seemed to have a clear answer or sense of urgency. I get that it was Mother’s Day but the restaurant had like 3 tables by 8:30 PM.

What made the experience worse was that our original server disappeared mid-service—possibly ending his shift—without saying anything. We were left feeling uncared for and unsure who was looking after our table.
When the food finally came, a server spilled a large glass jug on the table. The jug shattered, and it cut my thumb. It was bleeding, and the manager never came over to check with us or apologize.

The service overall felt inattentive and careless. While I understand many staff were young, we couldn’t help but feel we were being treated differently. As an Asian family, we noticed other (non-Asian) tables being acknowledged more warmly and served more promptly. It left us feeling quietly dismissed and unwelcome.

We also ordered a bottle of wine, and it was brought to the table already opened. While the wine itself was fine, proper service usually involves opening the bottle in front of the guest and offering a taste—it just added to the sense that the staff wasn’t well-trained or attentive.

We left the restaurant feeling disappointed, upset, and frankly with no appetite after everything that happened. I’m writing this review not to be spiteful, but in the hope that the management reflects seriously on how their staff handles service, safety, and inclusivity. A night out should never feel this stressful.

Services is excellent, but the food is pretty disappointing. Lacked flavour, just plain boxed pasta that you are paying a pretty high price for.
I had the veal Neptune, had very very small amount of seafood and small extremely thin pieces of veal. Pasta had hardly any sauce on it. I dont think we will be returning.

The minestrone soup was like one never had before, the aglio olio was at a perfect equilibrium with all its ingredients, and the pizza has its x-factor in terms of having a thicker base compared to the usual ones but then all that matters is taste and the taste makes me crave for it the moment I think of that pizza.
Despite the aforesaid delicious servings, the Tiramisu remains the show-stealer as it catered to the tastebuds of a person (me) with no sweet-tooth.
Last and definitely not the least, the staff is very welcoming, warm, and efficient. We were attended to by Auslin (hoping that I remember the name correctly, and forgive me if I got that wrong), and he took a good care of us.

Vegetarian options: Wide variety of vegetarian options available.

Parking: Pretty accessible and seems sufficient for the number of tables, unless a table of four plans to drive in four different cars.

My son and I visited your restaurant this past Saturday at 6 PM, hoping to enjoy a meal together, but were unfortunately turned away due to a lack of tables for two people. It was disappointing to see a few tables for three available but not offered. We value supporting local businesses and have dined here a few times before, even recommending it to friends. This experience was disheartening, and we hope this can be addressed moving forward.

Stepping back to 1980s dark wood decor was expected, felt familiar and comfortable. Staff were friendly and efficient. The three course pasta special meal was a steal for tasty treat.

I enjoyed my trip to Paliottis. The food was good and the service was very good. When I arrived I was told that they were fully booked. It turned out that my friend had already gotten a table so I returned to the restaurant. We were there for almost 90 minutes and the restaurant was less than half full throughout our meal. Seemed odd that they were turning customers away.
