Went tonight for dinner. Made reservations 1 week ago for 5:30pm. The restaurant was barely half full but we waited 45 minutes for our dinner to arrive! We were not happy. Waitress explained there were lots of pick up orders, but I feel like the diners in person should be served first. Very cold inside also. And the blackened chicken wasn't as good as usual. honestly the best pasta i’ve had in a long time!! as well absolutely amazing service. i ordered pick up tonight after work, and was pleasantly greeted with kindness and care as a first time customer with Paliotti’s! time to finish my food as its so good i stopped 3 bites in to write this review.
Services is excellent, but the food is pretty disappointing. Lacked flavour, just plain boxed pasta that you are paying a pretty high price for.
I had the veal Neptune, had very very small amount of seafood and small extremely thin pieces of veal. Pasta had hardly any sauce on it. I dont think we will be returning.
