We were totally disappointed when we ate here. We waited almost an hour— if not for the free bread—we would have been so hungry and have left the place. It wasn’t even full (3 other tables), but we had to wait a long time; only one waitress who was doing everything from reservation, seating, serving, etc. She tried her best though. Flies were everywhere, food was not great as expected with all the “good” reviews. Too pricey for the order, steak was medium rare but it was too chewy. Mashed potatoes too salty. Waitress said they’re closing in a few weeks. Even so, they should have at least ended well as read on reviews.

I wanted to like this restaurant, but the fettuccine Alfredo was like soup. Another customer was dissatisfied with their order, and the employee got quite heated with them. There is a fruit fly issue as well, multiples buzzing around your table

Party of 2, we walked in, after a few seconds, the employee with bright dyed hair told us to sit anywhere, but every correctly sized table was covered in dirty dishes, so we sat at a large table. then were told to sit at a small one (understandable if on its own). We then sat at a small dirty table, that was sprayed while we sat there and not wiped down fully. We were then asked if we are vegan or not, we said vegetarian, and the employee flatly asked us again if we are vegan or not. We said no, vegetarian. We were given meat menus, then waited a while and heard this employee lightly argue and correct a customer on the phone, then did the same to the couple that walked in after us. Thankfully those customers corrected her arrogance to ensure they get the right food with their dietary restrictions. We then asked for the vegan menu and got a snappy “oh you want vegan now?” Then received a very dirty vegan menu.
I work customer service, so normally I don’t really mind if someone is having an off day. But this was far past that. First time I’ve ever walked out of a restaurant. uncomfortable unwelcoming, unclean place.
Drinks took 20 minuets, food took an hour, the entire time battling fruit flies. The food is incredibly oily, the fries are at least good. The fruit flies and flies are disgusting, I won’t be back unless I’m on the patio. This isn’t acceptable for the prices.

My girlfriend and I went in for dinner. It was busy but we were sat right away. Jackie was our server and she was amazing! I had the spaghettini carbonara and my girlfriend had the fettuccine Alfredo which were both phenomenal dishes! 1000/10 will be back and would recommend Paliottis for any occasion!
