Pizza factory used to be my go to for years but recently it feels like every time we give it another try it leads to a night full of heartburn and bathroom issues, go somewhere else if you value your health

OK we gave our address of our apartment building which does exist our buzzer number and our suit number. They call us back and said this isn’t a game you’ve given us the wrong pay address or like no we’re at 22170 Do Trunk Rd. it is a real address. The driver can’t find it and calls us a liar. This is unacceptable if your drivers can’t use GPS or have no idea where they’re going, they should be fired. I pissed at the way we were treated. My daughter is a professional working person and I’m a retired BC ferry engineer. this is nowhere to treat customers we will never call it place again. Also at least 20 of my friends that abused that place previous have stopped using it due to the terrible service that we’ve had and they’ve had shut the place down if you can’t do your job properly.

This place is horrible I ordered 2 large pizza because they had special which was 2 topic 27.99 when ii go pay they charge $48 without asking me put extra toppling that I don't want like seriously that how you rip the customer will never go again

Pizza has always been excellent. Normal delivery has always been stated to be 45 min but has never been more than half an hour. Drivers are courteous.

We order from pizza factory for our kids birthdays and whenever we don't feel like cooking on a Friday night. We have never been disappointed. We order online and it arrives hot and fresh in under an hour. The deliver driver is very friendly, the pizza is always correct, hot and fresh. This place has reasonably priced pizza that's not dry but not too greasy.
I have recent order meat lover pizza from pizza factory. There was hair in pizza and base was over cooked. Behavior of employee is also very bad highly not recommended I will never come back.

The lady at the front desk took my order on the phone and ended the call quickly without asking what I’d like on the pizza. When I went to pick up my order, the same lady gave me one pizza and when I said I ordered two she said “just wait there” and pointed. I waited 15 minutes and she served someone else instead of prioritizing me who messed up my order. When I got the pizza she didn’t even apologize or atleast say thank you. I came home to discover that she put pineapple on my pizza when I specifically said no pineapple. She did not give a damn about making things right and I’m beyond frustrated with the way she handled things. I mean seriously she couldn’t get a simple order right. She has no common sense and does not respect her customers. I’m never going here again, a place with such bad customer service.

Its been so many year's since this family has been operating the maple ridge location. Same taste and passion since the beginning of the days ! Hats off to the entire team for keeping up with the consistency and the amazing service.
