Ordered for Halloween. This is my third order from here. The others have all been quite good but tonight the large pepperoni was very overcooked and kind of like cardboard. This was the handcrafted. The pan veggie was good. But the handcrafted pepperoni was not! Too bad because we were so looking forward to it. Staff was friendly.

Sat Oct 5th (I think) Walked in to order take out. Was told about a 15 minute wait. Went in again to pick up after 15 minutes and then had to re order and wait some more due to a technology glitch. System down! Young lady was very pleasant. When I finally got food, it was good n hot
Worst customer service ever they never pick the phone we tried 4-5 times sitting in the front of their store they was busy with gossiping each other nobody pick up the ph the guy name emiuel was very rude

Ordered for the second time in a while (their new crust was good last time so tried again). Pizza got delivered and was terrible, the peperoni was have just bread, no toppings! Called for 30 mins before someone finally answered, they finally agreed to deliver a replacement. The guy just dropped it off at the door an we didn't know it was there. Last time ordering here, don't do it!

Everytime an online order is placed, the ordering system either fails or you spend 30+ mins trying to get transferred to the store, they never answer the phone at the store and always divert to the main call centre. Constantly things are forgotten from orders and rarely show up correct. Hands down the worst Pizza Hut location in all of BC and that’s saying something.
Sent me on a goose chase to what store would deliver to me . First store said it was the other location , I phone and they take my order and then the first store I called calls me back and says the one that took my order is not my store and to repeat my order ! cancelled my order all together .
