Ordered food thru their app. They cancelled it cause they couldn't make it in time. Still got charged $60 . No food got delivered. Thank you for taking my hard earned money. Still hungry. Called them 10 times to get my money back. Nobody replied. Same with doordash . Pizza is usually good. Unfortunately they have to invest in customer service . Keep your customers happy.

Delivery drivers can never find my address (I get their pizza delivered to my work) and make me come out of my workplace during my shift to get it
This has happened several times now and rather than apologizing your delivery drivers give me attitude and excuses
I don’t feel like ordering again thanks to the garbage service from incompetent workers who don’t know how to use their eyes and can barely speak English

Went to this place not long ago. They made us our order an our pizza was raw as hell. They wouldn’t fully refund us except for $30 store credit. And now that I’m trying to use it, they won’t answer their phone. Horrible customer service and horrible pizza. If this restaurant sees this then you can email me.
